I had a great experience buying an engagement ring at Ballantyne Jewelers. I was very unimpressed with other local jewelers' pushy sales tactics and overpriced selection. I worked with Yuhan, and explained that I was looking for a very particular diamond. He was very patient and had several options sent to the store. One was just what I was looking for, and he sold it to me at a very reasonable price. The best part is my fiancee loved the ring. It's a family-owned business, and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely buy our wedding rings there, and I'd highly recommend Ballantyne Jewelers to others!
