I had a great experience doing business with Ballantyne Jewelers. The store is very clean, smells wonderful, & they offer several complimentary beverages options to customers. My experience was with Sami, which I found him very knowledgeable, friendly, & accommodating! He ordered a couple different watch options I was pondering which promptly arrived in 3 days for me to compare and choose from. When I came in to purchase my watch. I also brought 2 other watches (not purchased from Ballantyne Jewelers) to have new batteries put in. Sami had the batteries swapped in both watches along with setting the correct time/date before I was even done checking out! If that wasn't impressive enough, he then thanked me for my business and said there would be no charge on the battery replacements.

This is what awesome customer service looks like & not just to get future business, but also have those customers singing your praises to others!

Without hesitation I would Ballantyne Jewelers to anyone!
