My fiance and I went to another large jeweler here in Charlotte and came away very disappointed. We saw the excellent reviews of Ballantyne Jewelers and decided to stop in as it was so close. Yuhan turned everything around for us- he took the time to cater to our preferences, budget needs and even took us in to compare stones and explain the difference between them. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years, and I can say without a doubt that Ballantyne Jewelers has some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. The other day we went in to shop for my fiance's wedding band and Yuhan went completely above and beyond for us yet again.

I can say without a doubt that we will NEVER go to another jeweler. We are lifetime customers!
