Meridian Pacific Properties/Meridian Pacific Property Management used to be a fairly good property management company. However, after Kevin Conlon passed away, the service quality and responsiveness decreased dramatically and the costs charged to the owners for repairs and maintenance more than doubled. Don't waste your time with this company. There are other much better options for property managers in the Memphis area.
