I went in looking for an engagement ring and I barely knew what to look for at the time. But immediately Simon introduced himself and started narrowing down the selection based off of my girlfriends preferences. By the end of the day I knew which ring to get, and that next week I was back in placing the full order. When I place the order, Simon took his time to show all the details of the diamond I was about to purchase, show ones within my price range, and by the end of the day I felt confident about my purchase, still do, and I can t wait to get the wedding band from them.
