My wife and I recently moved to Charlotte and were fortunate enough to come across Ballantyne Jewelers. They have provided outstanding service and customer care for us during the past five months that we have visited their store. They have quality products at reasonable prices and I can't imagine using anyone else for our jewelry needs. They have incorporated a philosophy into their business that all businesses should have. And that is that the customer is always right.
