Unbelievable experience. We worked with Simon through the process of purchasing and designing an engagement ring and I couldn't have asked for better service. He took the time to educate us on diamonds and settings, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Simon and his brother designed the ring for us and it turned out better than I could have imagined. Everybody is extremely friendly and treat you like family as soon as you walk in the door.
