Love Jeep and Dodge and the sales people are super nice ofcourse they want the sale but when it comes to the service department .... well let's say that I have never had a pleasant experience every time I come in it's like I am a disturbance to their day, how dare I have an issue or need a oil change .... the service manager Bill super nice and wants to help but he should pass that down to his staff .... why do I have to wait for long periods of time which out acknowledgment? What a disappointment
