My experience with Zeke and everyone at Arrigo over the past 2 days has been nothing short of amazing. It was easy, seamless and pain free, 3 words I never have used when it comes to getting a new car. I am beyond happy and pleased with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I highly recommend Zeke, he was patient and kind and prompt!! Had everything always ready to go as he knew I was driving from far. 5 stars just isnt enough!!!!!!!

I was so unimpressed with the service I received here. I went looking to purchase my first (new) car, and was looking for a jeep. I went for a great test drive, and fell in love with it. Then, I asked for the rundown of the cost. It was a LOT higher than advertised (as in there are several thousands of dollars that are unaccounted for between the advert I had and the savings available). We were kept waiting for almost 15 minutes so our sales guy could go stand around with his friends (we were the only customers in the dealership, by the way). When the shockingly high price came back, the sales manager came with him. I informed them that it was way outside of my budget and what I wanted to pay monthly. Instead of trying to work with me and find another vehicle that was a bit lower in price, they just said "Oh, well this is what anything is going to cost" and not to bother going to any other dealerships, because they wouldn't be worth my time. And then, they never called me back. Even after I called my salesperson and left messages. What a disappointing experience. I am glad I will be buying my new Jeep from Delray Jeep!

Was told over the phone my wait time would be 1.5 ...

Was told over the phone my wait time would be 1.5 hours for an oil change. Pulled into the "Express lane" 2 minutes later, waited a while.for someone to help me. Was then told 2 hours for an oil change. Its has now been almost 2.5 hours and my vehicle is not done. Was also told they couldn't fix my window without an appointment....the window they said nothing was wrong with months ago
It still doesn't work. Terrible customer service. They couldn't at least come out to tell me it would be a little longer

A little bumpy on arrival to the service department, but after the check in was out of the way, there was good communication about the status and the pickup when service come completed was very quick and easy. Quite the opposite of the service that was experienced in Delray at the dealer there.

Wilson Rosa in sales... been coming to Arrigo for 12 years now.. Everytime I deal with Wilson and Wilson only. Wilson is invested in Arrigo, it's not his job, it's his career. When I deal with a new sales manager and the deal doesnt work, I switch to Napleton, but I can never get the same person twice and I always feel like I'm getting rejected at a pawn shop, when I'm standing in Napletons showroom. After the sale, I am nobody to them but an inconvenience. At Arrigo, Wilson knows all of my kids, I've stopped in just to look at vehicles, shot the breeze with him, and never felt pressured, like there was some angle to put me in a vehicle. Than when I'm ready, he does whatever it takes. The last vehicle I bought, I couldnt come until after work, he stayed with red eyes until midnight making sure I was happy and got into the car I liked at what I could afford. He also remembered my deal factors even though it had been about a year since seeing him last. Man this guy is committed. I'm telling you, even if you dont know what you want or can afford but are serious about getting a car, see this guy. As I said, it is his career and his knowledge and professionalism reflect to the nth degree. There is no comparable service anywhere else, not all dealers are the same, and Wilson makes that true at Arrigo. If he wasnt there, I honestly cant imagine walking into the showroom and asking for help, I just wouldn't see it happening. I'm more confident in making my purchases there because I know if I had to return with issues, even not sales related, I can go to the guy I have a 12 year rapport with and will leave with a resolution.

Eventually they re effective is the best way to describe it - we ve bought multiple cars from there and they can never get the service straight on them. They always contact the wrong person even after being told multiple times who s number belongs to what car. Not impressed - certainly wouldn t have my car serviced outside of warranty there. Cheaper better service is found elsewhere. For the most part their manager is helpful once you eventually get a hold of him on the phone. Sales team over sells and under delivers in the long run.

My 2012 Dodge Avenger would not crank or start and once I had it towed to Dodge, my problems were fixed ! The staff and service was AMAZING! My service tech Nick was very professional from the time my car arrived to the service center up until I came to pick it up. He answered all my questions in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend anyone who is having an issues with a Dodge to come in and have it serviced with TRUE PROFESSIONALS !!

Worth dealership ive ever done business with, they lied, sold the one i originally signed paperwork on, and changed the deal so many times, nothing was done right, the service was terrible, STAY AWAY. I am happy with the Jeep i got but everything about the way they did they deal was shady, the amount they originally said they would give for my trade in changed once i came in to sign paperwork. Lie and lie. I will never buy another car from them id rather drive 100 miles to another jeep dealer then give them my money again.

Went here for a used truck, made the deal . They were suppose to bring the truck down from there plam beach store. All of a sudden it was sold to someone else and they tried selling us a new truck. Come to find out the plam beach store never sold it. So we drove there to get it. They are liars!

Do not use this body shop unless you want your paint to look like an orange peel. Along with orange peel I have overspray and DEEP surface scratches from the buffer. Absolutely terrible craftsmanship.

The email never came i called and they told me to bad nothing we can do. WOW i truly regret buying our Jeep at this point.

My experience when dealing with car dealerships has never been a pleasant one....until now. I was completely defeated from an earlier appointment with a different dealership. So when I walked in to Arrigo I had one request. I just want to look at some vehicles. I didn't want to talk, I wanted the ability to look without being hounded and make my own decision. Well...I'm so glad it didn't go exactly as I had planned. Phil Perrone (manager) asked me if he could at least get a salesman to drive me around on the golf cart so I wouldn't have to walk and I said yes. Thank God for small blessings because that's precisely what David Dominguez (salesman) was to me, my miracle. He made the entire experience feel like a dream. David has gained a lifelong customer.

I have dealt with Arrigo on 3 separate occasions. I have been in the car business and this has to be the worst dealership out there. From the sales people all the way up to management, the service you get is horrific. I started with an inquiry about a Jeep and the initial sales person Adam S. was great. He was very responsive and helpful, however, when he got busy I was given to Chris Shuman. If you have ever had the pleasure of working with him you will understand. He has plenty of review online about his service. Not too good to say the least. There was no willing to work on a deal and better yet they didn't even ask any questions. It was "my way or the highway" approach. Well, I quickly walked out. His sales pitch lasted all of 3 minutes before I walked out. Of course management call the next day. Three of them. But when calling back, they were busy and never returned the call. Oh well. Moral of the story is NEVER BUY A CAR FROM ARRIGO!!!!
Now, the next day I went to Napleton Jeep off of Northlake and within seconds I was greeted by Carl B. He was awesome! He sat down with me and my wife and worked his A$$ off to get a deal done on a new 2014 Jeep. He was not pushy and even had his managers come over to help us out. Everyone there from other sales people to the finance managers were the best in the biz. Very professional but they acted like a friend trying to help you out. They will have my business all day long. I would recommend them to anyone on the street ever if you are just going to be shopping around. There was no pressure at any time. We were in and out of the dealership in no time with a great deal and the Jeep I wanted. So, if you are in the market for a new car and are reading these reviews about Arrigo, remember they are a LARGE dealership and they really done care about the customers because you are a dime a dozen to them. No skin off there back if you leave. Another sucker is right behind you. Check out Napleton and ask for Carl or Atillio. The smaller dealership will always beat a car mall like Arrigo. The smaller dealership does not have the overhead like Arrigo so they can pass the savings on to the customers. This is just another BAD review for Arrigo. I'm sure you have read plenty already.

I went to have my vehicle looked at for an ignition issue. My key was sticking and wouldn't turn over. I explained to my service adviser the issue and he said in order to get my vehicle looked at that there will be a diagnostics check on it to give me a price on repairing the damaged part. Ok, i was fine with that( being that i already told them the issue at hand that i needed a new key ignition, key and wheel lock cylinder). The diagnostics was supposed to be a full diagnostics(from what i was told). Well in I go to the waiting area for about 20-25 minutes. Advisory comes in tells me it will cost over $1200 for repairs, I decline and out comes my truck. No problem. Paperwork says exactly 'what i previously diagnosed'. My issue is that I didn't get no print out from the diagnostic. No reason on why my check engine light was on, They said i didnt have an oil leak( which i do have one) Nothing was wrong on the paperwork but If i paid for a full diagnostic then why No print out of what was diagnosed. If Tire-plus do a diagnostic then they give you a full printout of what was checked, if they were issues, and prices on everything that needs fixed on the vehicle. Well i know there is a small oil leak, i need rear wheel bearings, my engine light is on, and my transmission needs servicing. So either the mechanic who checked my truck didnt see this or it never was looked at to began with. I feel that they just wanted the $60-$70 just to give me a printout on their labor cost

Bought our fourth new Jeep, from Scott Rice, just like the other times it was quick easy and cheap( don't know how they do it) Had a chance to talk with desk managers, good bunch of guys, I like the fact this place is family owned, not some huge corporate conglomerate! Be back many years to come.

Thank you Ralph Avila at Arrigo Dodge service lane. I owned a 2017 Dodge Caravan and I'm very satisfied with the vehicle. Like most owners of newer vehicle, we look at the miles slowly taking away the warranties. Driving to a dealer without warranty can be concerning, I must admit I've bee hesitant to visit a dealer as extrange engine noises appeared in my van. Finally I decided to take a drive to Arrigo Dodge in West Palm Beach. Slowly I approached an open service lane, and to my delight a professionally dress service advisor offered help. I asked information on my vehicle remaining warranty, to which he grabbed his tablet and look up my vehicle. I described my problem and offered to take look under the hood. In less than a minute told me what was wrong.
In my mind I was looking to spend $100's in repairs but instead I got a friendly and professional service advisor that gave me the right information and advise on the proper care of my precious van.
Thank you Ralph Avila, you are true good example to a challanging industry employees. I will defenetly be back for my future service and ask for Ralph Avila.

Took my girlfriends car in for a check engine ligh...

Took my girlfriends car in for a check engine light that came on in her 2016 Jeep Wrangler at 11:30am. The technician did not call with any updates during the day to let us know what was going on, although requested by us. After numerous calls to the service center no one knew where he was. It was not until 4:53pm when we get a phone call letting us know that we could pick up the car. Upon arrival at around 6:20pm to the service center the car was no where to be seen nor was the technician . We are still here waiting for technician to finish up the paperwork, that should have been completed around 2 hours ago. Not pleased at all with the level of service provided at this location. It s a shame as we were thinking of terminating a lease with another location to switch to this location. This experience is going to way heavy on our decision as to whether we switch locations for the lease.

The people there have one thing in mind educate you and help you get something you can afford. They not pushing anything or trying to get you confused with high bills you can't afford. The place is really nice and comfy... It will be nice if the salesman had access to a computer. Do they not constantly running the manager to look stuff up

Worst customer service when it comes to fixing your car. They are PLEASANT, PATIENT, SYMPATHETIC, NURTURING when it comes to buying one of their cars. You would think that a returning customer who bought a car from this dealership would be treated with the same respect. But Nah.... No.... Got in a car accident so I took it to the place I bought it from... They told me that they would call me with a quote $, never did, they actually fixed what they thought was wrong and didn t fix the remaining of my car issues. They told me it was not caused by the accident. Seriously?????? They overcharged my insurance and didn t fix my issue. Also, Nick was rude!

I purchased 5 vehicles consecutively, 4 new 1 used.....stopped in for my 6th. Spent hours finding what we liked late into the evening. After we agreed to a vehicle and price we left as it was too late to do finance. They wouldnt return calls for 2 days. In day 3 I went back to the dealer and they spent about an hour trying to sell me the "cheaper version" only when I became suspicious and demanded to see the vehicle we agreed on did they admit it had been sold. Made no apologies nor offer to bump me up and make some ammends for my troubles. I was a loyal customer for years, but it seems the customer service isnt important any more.....next time I go looking for a new truck....should be soon, I will owe Ford my business....

Put a down payment on a car. My son was flying into pick it up .I had arranged with the dealership to bring a cashiers check for the balance when we picked it up. The salesman knew when we were coming and said no problem leaving it there .
Got a voicemail that they had sold it because we did not pick it up in time! No one bothered to tell us that or had the courtesy to call and let us know so we could have pick it up!
Total liars, did not care at all. Wish I could give them no stars

My husband and I bought his vehicle in the service department today, September 23, 2017 at. 8:40am. For an oil change. It is now 11:18am and we are still here in the lobby, yet the vehicle is still parked and has not been serviced. Awful!!!!!!!! LENGTHY WAIT!!!!!!!

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Arrigo and I have nothing but compliments! Scott Rice is my families 1 and only salesman, we recommend all of our friends to Arrigo/Scott Rice! He takes his time to make sure you love the vehicle you're purchasing. From the detailed explanation of each vehicle to the caring conversations while signing paperwork. You feel very welcomed within the dealership. Sales, finance, parts & service all work well together to make sure they're putting the customer first.

If your in the market for a used or new car.DO NOT! I Repeat! DO NOT DEAL with salesman DEAN ENGELHARD. Absolutely will screw you over and stack every expense ON YOUR PURCHASE AGREEMENT. A CAR SHARK AT ITS BEST. Ok, this is my My Experience: Ifound the right car, (because he called me) test drive the car, I loved the car, then negotiated a price, then signed all the documents he required, I asked DEAN ENGELHARD to fix a recall on the car, (bad ecm/pcm). I then purchased full coverage car insurance and had a binder, told it was REQUIRED for financing, then the deal goes to finance, I got pre approved, came with a $10,000 certified check on Saturday as told to finalize deal, walked in and he told me he sold the car to someone else after I signed all the legal paperwork.(probably for alot more money). I was flawed when he said that. I was in a signed contract pending my deposit and signature to drive home. Only pure greed on his part can explain what happened. I called the sales Manager Greg when I got home, I was so angry that he sold a car that I test drove, and decided to put 10k down and finance around the 17k balance. DEAN ENGELHARD CALLED AND TEXTED ME FOR A DAY AND A HALF to tell me to come in to finalize the deal Saturday afternoon. I said ok, I get out of work at 3pm and i'll be there shortly after 3pm. I walked in with my $10k check and a Insurance binder and he tells me sorry I sold your car to somebody else! Who does this?. Manager said they dont hold cars on a verbal, I said, it wasn't a verbal, I signed tons of documents before I returned with the certified 10k check for the down payment then a final inspection before i would take it. He said sorry I sold the car. What kind of place is this? I came to buy the car and did everything that was required from Dean Engelhard. He totally screwed me over and sold the car probably for more money. He screwed me big time! hell with being ethical, The Best part of this story! I brought a friend that was going to purchase another car! She was flawed! She said the hell with this place, let's get the heck out of here. Beware of DEAN ENGELHARD!!!! FROM ARRIGO DODGE IN WEST PALM BEACH. He's a Bullsh..t artist and a con man! I wouldn't by a lollipop from this place. GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY...

Total BS advertising with fine print that can't possibly be read on a big screen monitor. Call and they can't tell you the details of the lease they advertised. Say you need to waste your time and come in for the other "qualifiers". False advertising!!!!

Good experience. I m just thinking after service except oil change, you guys should quick wash vehicle outside. Other dealers do that because I have been to other dealers with previous vehicles and they always washed vehicle outside.
