I have used the Arrigo Service Center for decades ...

I have used the Arrigo Service Center for decades for my vehicle's needs. The experiences have always been positive. Linda Chew, my preferred Service Agent, has been there since the beginning. I feel she, the service center and, indeed, Arrigo as a whole, generally care for me as a valued customer. What I look for in a service center is: knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and honesty. Arrigo is all that. Are they perfect? No, I don't feel they are. For instance, they charge, pretty much, top dollar for their work. I think they should advertise their prices and how they Arrive at those prices. Additionally, other dealerships (not all) offer a loaner car while yours is in the shop. While I have been offered a rental car, I've not been offered a free loaner. Arrigo stands behind their work and does everything they reasonably can to keep me happy and driving a safe vehicle.
