I spoke with Ralph on the phone and told him about my car. He then verified all my information and gave me an appointment date I confirmed and then decided I could not wait and walked in. Ralph took me as a walk in and advised me that I may not get my car back because they were busy. However all my concerns were addressed and glad he provided me great customer service. I never write reviews but someone needs to hear about this !
