MY NAME IS WILFREDO.I DEFINITELY LOST ALL MY HOPE...

MY NAME IS WILFREDO.I DEFINITELY LOST ALL MY HOPE TODAY TO UNDRESTAND HOW ARRIGO DEALERSHIP WORKS. I BOUGHT MY JEEP A YEAR AND A HALF AGO AND SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD TO GO TO THE DEALERSHIP MANY TIMES FOR RECALLS .THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS TIME THAT I USE MY WARRANTY RIGHTS TO CHECK SOME NOISE ON THE ENGINE AND AN OIL CHANGE..I DROP THE CAR 10:00 AM IN THE MORNING AND.... AFTER A DAY I FOUND OUT THAT AT I:30 PM NEXT DAY .THEY HAVENT EVEN TAKEN A LOOK TO MY JEEP.I WENT THERE TO ASK AND IT SEEMED THAT IT WAS ALL MY FAULT .I SHOULD KNOW THAT THE APPOINMENT MEANT TO DROP THE CAR AND THEY WILL CALL ME WHEN I SHOULD PICK IT UP.IT DOES NOT MATTER IF IT IS TWO OR THREE DAYS .THEY DONT REALLY CARE IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF YOUR CAR.THEY ALREADY COLLECTED THE MONEY WHEN YOU BOUGHT IT.I AM REALLY DISSAPOINTED.
