Elliott and Zach came by promptly and both wearing their masks. They were polite, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They checked out our roof , did what they needed to do and more. They even informed us of other services that the company provides if we should need them. They will be back in a few days to repair another issue. We experienced excellent service from them both.

Fast, cleaned up mess. Workers acted like they didn't speak English (reason why not a 5 star). Started little early 6:30a but roof completed with sunroofs in same day!

Good communication and I felt confident I called the right company at first.......but then bad communication between workers/ supervisor. 2 days of my own hard to get days off wasted that I of course won't be compensated for and nothing was accomplished. Work was done to my roof that was nice BUT it wasn't the work I was asking to be done and assessing for at all. So basically they made their 200. And left me high and dry with the same problems I called for in the first place. Would have much rather used that money for a company that could actually do the work I needed done!!!! So I'm out 800. + 200 dollars and left with a mess to clean up around my house and no work done that was I was trying to get an ESTIMATE for. Consumers are tools now days.

Jason met with my husband and me last Saturday at our house. He was very thorough in describing what he thought needed to be done to our roof. Arocon is a top notch company. They are very thorough and do amazing work. Alex Courpas was the tech who came out today to clean and inspect the gutters. He was knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning and explaining everything to me.

We have a number of flat roofs that needed new membranes. I contacted Arocon and then spoke with co-owner David Silverstein on site. David was very helpful, knowledgeable and confident they could do the work and even improve upon it. They did that as well as charging a fair price. The crew they sent out to perform the work were courteous and hard-working.

Well I have to say this company is by far not only affordable, but professional and reliable. I have been needing to fix my roof for couple months but due to the cold winter months we had to hold off. Didn't know where to look or who to contact because previous phone calls kept receiving high cost estimates for roofing and not knowing anything about roofs. Oneday I was on my way home from work and had the pleasure to not knowing at the time meeting the President of the company who happened to just stop by a neighbors house in which they were having a project done as well. Talk about faith being at right place and right time. Mr. Silverstein took the time to meet with me and my wife and explained in detail what was wrong with our roof and gave the best affordable rate in fixing our issues. Talking about a great leader!!!! Everyone I have came in contact with at Arocon from the President to the hardworking personnel fixing my roof were trustworthy, honest, professional, great work ethics by showing up before schedule time and not leaving until job was completed, highly skilled, and most of all Affordable to fit our budget!!! Cannot forget to mention the workers are very respectful and leave your property clean of debris before leaving. 5 STARS 100% SATISFACTION: Chelsea at the "home office" and Alex in the "field" were both sweethearts. Professional service through and through. We had to reschedule several times because of rain and Chelsea called early enough we didn't have to spend the day at home for naught. Our overall experience with AROCON has been spectacular!! Ronald was a superstar and walked me through every step of the repairs and maintenance package I purchased. He answered questions in terms that I understood and really felt like he wanted to get the job right the 1st time. A pleasant change of pace from the other roofing companies I've previously used in Baltimore. I'm going to be a repeat customer.

My appointment went without a hitch. It was originally scheduled for earlier this week when Aracon called me to reschedule due to the rain. They showed up today bright and early... actually a bit earlier than my appointment. Due to COVID we conduted all communication through the phone. Mikey and Preston were super thorough and answered all of my questions. Now I feel confident that my roof is safe through the rainy season!

Jason arrived on time and was very cordial. He explained and answered my numerous questions before completing the task at hand. After completing the task, he provided an excellent review of all the issues he found and solutions. I recommend this company and fully intend to follow up with a new roof based on the professionalism I saw from this company rep.

I have had Arocon come to my house a few times and they have always been helpful. Ronald was great and walked me through specifically what the issues were and what he did to repair them and provided his personal number in the event I needed him to come out again instead of having to wait for the office to schedule which I appreciated!

Paid a lot of money for a roof. Roof leaks. Repeated calls to Arocon. Emails. Etc. Was told Trey will get in touch with me. Nothing. Would like to have someone get in touch to see what can be done.

I called during the holidays to schedule the use of my Groupon for gutter cleaning and roof tune-up. I received a return call the next day from Chelsea who offered a same-day appointment with a 2 hour arrival window. I took it, and she advised me that Andrew would be my technician. She sent me a confirmation by email. He called 30 minutes prior to his on-time arrival and he cleaned my gutters on three roof levels and a back porch. He found and corrected a couple of roof problems, gave me his evaluation of the roof condition as being aged, but good, and not in need of immediate additional work or replacement. I own a company that provides services to the hospitality industry. Arocon works the same way that I run my company: Be honest, be fair, work hard, and the rewards will come. I thank Chelsea and Andrew, and when I need service, I ll call Arocon.

These guys are great, from start to finish. Jason explained everything during the initial visit and answered all my questions -- sometimes he even anticipated my next question! The workmen are friendly and work very fast and thoroughly. Their work is as close to flawless as can be. Their siding guys use caulk around windows and doors that exactly matches the siding, so it's really hard to see where the caulks starts and the window frame ends. I don't know how they apply it so flawlessly - I've tried to caulk a thing or two and I can't do it near as well. The materials they use are first rate. Five stars for Arocon from me -- use these guys, not the ones on radio and TV who have to inflate their prices to pay for all their ads.

Eric and Bryan were prompt, courteous, and very helpful in explaining issues to be addressed. I wish all contractor experiences could be so pleasant!. The worked diligently until finish and did an excellent clean up.

Jason recently came to my home for a tune up of my roof. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of some minor repair issues and explained everything to me in detail. I am completely satisfied with the service that Jason provided.

My appointment was for 11-2 and my tech was early (how often can you say that about a contractor) that right there won we over. On top of that Jason Easton was extremely informative about my leak and the repairs that needed to be done. I would highly recommend him and Arocon to do any roof repair or inspection.

Austin was awesome! Quick, professional, thorough, considerate, and great at explaining what was going on with the roof of the house we bought 5 months ago. He was even great with my 20 month old twins, who were watching him out the window and trying to play with him while he was explaining his results to me. Would definitely recommend his services!

Alex was very courteous and professional. His inspection of the roof was very thorough, and afterwards he explained all he had seen and done, showing me before and after pictures of gutters and places where he had applied caulking. He also pointed out areas of potential concern and gave an overall rating of the health of our roof. Highly recommended!

Preston called prior to arriving to let me know he could arrive early, he kept me informed as to what he found during the roof tune-up, and he was very careful to not damage anything with the ladders. Everything that I hoped would get done was done, plus a few extra things were fixed while he was on the roof that I had not been aware of. In all, a very professional job at a great price, and a very courteous employee. Thank you!

Called Saturday 2/27 to request roof shingle repair and inspection. Woman I spoke with was very friendly, and thought they could fit me in during the coming week. She said the scheduler would call Monday, 2/29. Nobody called, and I've made other arrangements. I won't even consider calling them again!

Update. Someone called right after I posted my review today. Coincidence no doubt. In any event, it was too late as I had already made other arrangements. I added one more star, though, since they did at least call back, albeit a day late.

I had purchased a "roof tune up" from Amazon local a few weeks back. We knew our gutters needed major cleaning and also wanted a few other things checked. The voucher we purchased is what we would have paid to simply clean the gutters, so I figured it was a safe bet. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. It was a RARE occasion when we got alot more than we paid for. Arocon arrived on time (!), did an extremely thorough job on the gutters, cleaning and tightening them, dealt with a few other issues, diagnosed some issues we have to deal with it, gave me a full explanation of everything (with photos), and left without a trace of mess left behind. It's so difficut to find competent home improvement contractors these days, so I'm very pleased to have found Arocon. We will definitely use them for some future corrective issues and I recommend them without reservation.

Alex C. was wonderful! He thoroughly explained his pictures of my roof and what everything should look like and how to fix issue. He was not a pushy salesman about fixing my roof. He did not try to charge me anything extra for today's service. Plus, most importantly, he was very patient with my talkative dog!!

Do not contact them unless it is $1000 worth of repair. They will not talk to you. Go figure

I had to get my 20 year old roof replaced due to heavy winds and torrential downpours; called Arocon, and Jason Easton, one of their reps came out and spent over 2 hours thoroughly explaining all the details involved in replacing my roof. His presentation was very easy for me to understand ( a complete novice about roofing) ; the replacement went smoothly, and Jason took the time to come back , and review the work. I felt quite confident that my roof was properly done. I , generally don't write reviews, but my whole experience was so satisfying that kudos to this company is warranted The money spent was well worth it! If you want you roof done right, check them out!!

A few minutes ago, I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Jason Easton of Arocon at my house in Laurel MD. One word comes to mind. WOW! I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Ideally, I was only in the market for a roof tune up, but after speaking with Jason and going through the review of my roof, I opted to purchase a new roof, color Pacific Wave. I must say Jason is very knowledgeable and commands and delivers honesty when dealing with his customers. This is house #2 I have had inspected by Arocon, and if there is ever a house #3, Arocon will be the first on my short list I call for roofing inspection. Arocon worked with me to use a new material to them, and they dutifully studied the installation manual and worked with the supplier to ensure I'd get the full 50 year warranty the product offers. In addition the crew were very professional and courteous, they ended each day cleaning up the site, and came early each day to get started. There were some hiccups with the weather that kept them on the job a few extra days, but you can't control the weather! Great job, very responsive support for questions and follow up by the lead and the crew. They even helped me store the extra remaining product in my shed. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a new or replacment roof

Jason was a great representative of his company, everything that encompasses the idea of work ethics. He showed up promptly, listened attentively, and then got up on my roof and immediately started to find problems with the installation.
The roof is only about 6 or 7 years old but has been a problem since the beginning and sadly the company is out of business so I have no recourse with them.
Jason took the time to rough out an estimate to give me an idea of expense and made sure to set up an appointment with the estimator.
This session was supposed to be for a pre-paid tune-up through Amazon so maybe the company will apply those funds to repair costs. Either way, they will probably get my business.

Arocon Roofing did an excellent job on my roof tune up. Jason, provided a lot of good information and made repairs. This was one of those rare occasions where I didn't feel like someone was just trying to get more money out of me.

Just had the $99 roof tune-up performed by Jason Easton of AROCON Roofing. Jason is knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Jason repaired the roof on one visit and at the $99 special rate - a very good deal. Also provided pictures of repair and condition of roof, provided a written inspection report of roof and gutters, and discussed any future concerns that I might have.

Great customer service, the tech who came and did our work was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He showed us exactly where our roof problem was and explained the repair he made. Would recommend 100%

I will always deal with this company because of their honesty and integrity .The specialists Jason Easton couldn t possibly have been more polite, Courteous or professional. He informed me that what I was told that had to be fixed on my roof was absolutely normal, he inspected my whole roof didn t find anything wrong with it so I wasn t charged a penny. This was my second time dealing with this company and personally I wouldn t deal with anyone else .

I had Arocon Roofing & Construction re-install 2 soffits that had fallen off of my roof, as well as complete a maintenance check. They found several minor problems, and fixed them on the spot. I was impressed that they took pictures of all of the work on a tablet, and reviewed them with me. All told, they did a superb job. I would definitely use their service again.

I usually don't write reviews, but I'm writing this within minutes after my tech Alex left because what a positive experience! He was courteous, professional, on-time, thorough and kind. He spent a considerable amount of time inspecting my roof and gutters, he took pictures of what was wrong and showed me the after photos. Cannot recommend Arocon highly enough. Ask for Alex if you can! :-)

I noticed a small water stain on the ceiling. As our roof is nearly 10 years old I began to think we were probably in for some extensive repair expenses. I found Arocon roofing online and noticed they offered a $99 roof tune up that included an inspection and minor repairs. Somewhat skeptical, I scheduled an appointment. Arocon sent Jason Eastman to do the job. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. He noted a few minor issues that he repaired. He recapped our vent pipes, resealed some flashing and took pictures for our review. He took time to explain what he found and what he had done. He said he didn't see anything that would require any further action. It was the best $99 I've spent in a long time. Jason's honesty and professional attitude was refreshing. I would not hesitate to do business with Arocon again.

I contacted AROCON Roofing about 2 weeks ago to schedule a roof tune up. The appointment was for 3:30 PM on 2-15-2019. I arrived home at 3PM and Dylan was here and ready to begin work--30 minutes early!

Dylan retrieved his tools and ladder and began work right away. He was on our roof for over 30 minutes inspecting/replacing shingles, etc.

After the inspection, Dylan shared with me his report and photos of our roof. Dylan was professional, knowledgeable, and provided me with next steps with our possible upcoming roofing project with AROCON.

Cannot express in words how great an experience it was to have Eric and crew over for a roof tune-up. Eric explained each issue in perfect detail and provided before and after photos of each discrepancy as a timeline of the repair process.

We actually won this roof tune-up in an event raffle but look forward to having Arocon come back for our next tune-up. I never thought that I would actually *look forward* to having a roofer come to our house but all that has changed now that we have a relationship with Eric and Arocon.

I bought one of the $99 roof tune-up deals from the Arocon web site. Like most deals, I was worried that they would try to sell us a bunch of after tune-up jobs. We were not. That was a nice surprise. Our technician, Ian Ismirle, was professional, explained everything thoroughly, and was actually early to the appointment (which was great). I would definitely recommend this company, the deal and the technician. I will use this company for future projects.

AROCON is wonderful!!! Their employees are all very nice! From the people who answers the phone in their office to the people they send to inspect or fix the roof, we always have the best experience with them and that is why every time we need something for our roof, they are the ones we call because they get the job done right. Their charge is very reasonable and is a lot less money than other roofing companies, and their staff is very friendly. I want to thank particularly the roofer who came today, Alex Courpas, he is very good with what he does, did everything very thoroughly and efficiently, and he is very nice. He did a fantastic job! I can't believe how excited I am about a roof tune-up. A bird had gotten into my drain and I saw AROCON's roof tune up special and it is everything they said. Linda was great to talk with on the phone and it was obvious she was using the Internet to check out satellite views of my roof to better understand the situation.

She sent out two guys - Jason & Matthew who did an 18 point roof inspection - as well as unclog the birds nests from my gutters. This isn't some BS checklist - they actually took the time and gave my roof and gutter a numerical score on each point - as well as included notes to explain what they saw. They also took the time to give a good oral explanation of what my roof was like.

I was happy to hear/see my roof/gutter scored a 10 [ I feel so proud :) ] except in three areas - which they said wasn't major, but offered me suggestions/estimates on improving/fixing it when the time comes. There was no hard sell at all - just kind of along the lines of: "well in a few more seasons you will probably need us to do XYZ, but no sense in doing anything now unless you notice ABC."

Oh and they took pictures as well.

I will happily use them again!

Eric communicated about his arrival schedule, and was very thorough in his inspection. He explained the effects of weather, how the roof components work, and photographed the issues. (See photos) Eric explained the pros and cons of the existing roof , and how the inspection/weatherization addressed the problems. He also gave an overall score on the roof and gutter system. We ended up with a great source of documentation about the status of the roof today.

When it comes time to replace, we will definitely call Arocon.

Brock has been exceptional and went above and beyond in an effort to convince my home insurance provider to pay for the whole roof's replacement (instead of just repairing half of it). I would recommend him to anyone who needs their roof repaired or replaced in a heart beat. Also, I see there are naysayers on here -- if you're a new customer, I would advise that you talk to Brock before believing the very few (and I believe unwarranted) negative feedback you might find.

I am definitely recommending him to my friends and neighbors!

Andrew did a wonderful job listening to me and my husband concerns regarding our roofing issues. He was very professional and customer service oriented. Once the job was complete he took several photos with his IPad and explained every photo that was taking during the tune-up. Great job!
