5 STARS 100% SATISFACTION: Chelsea at the "home office" and Alex in the "field" were both sweethearts. Professional service through and through. We had to reschedule several times because of rain and Chelsea called early enough we didn't have to spend the day at home for naught. Our overall experience with AROCON has been spectacular!! You won't be disappointed (unless you're a "stick in the mud" that finds no satisfaction in any service provided). Alex offered a service plan and was gracious when we respectfully declined. No obnoxious, pushy sales people. Our roof -- as well as our gutters -- received high marks. Overwhelming customer service! They're in our phone's CONTACTS and we'll be recommending this company to friends and family. A++
