Eric communicated about his arrival schedule, and was very thorough in his inspection. He explained the effects of weather, how the roof components work, and photographed the issues. (See photos) Eric explained the pros and cons of the existing roof , and how the inspection/weatherization addressed the problems. He also gave an overall score on the roof and gutter system. We ended up with a great source of documentation about the status of the roof today.

When it comes time to replace, we will definitely call Arocon.
