Arocon is a top notch company. Very few businesses these days seem to care about customer service and it s highly evident Arocon has made it a primary purpose of its mission. The company sent two very competent techs who made sure my roof was in tip-top shape and they cleaned my gutters. Considering that a roof is one of the most expensive parts of a home to fix or replace I give Arocon my strongest referral recommendation.
Professional work, good value and friendly techs. The pictures were helpful as owners do not always go up their own roof to inspect, the pictures were helpful in understanding what may need to be done.

Because this was a small project I was initially concerned whether they would be willing to do the work at a reasonable cost. I was pleasantly surprised when the estimate came in under my expectations. More importantly I was very pleased at the level of communication throughout the process. The work was done in a very professional manner, on the day scheduled. The project manager was on hand to ensure the work was completed as agreed. Finally there was a followup to ensure we were satisfied with the work performed. Having dealt with numerous contractors who didn't perform as advertised, I can say that I was very impressed with how the entire project was handled by Arocon and would gladly use their services in the future. We lost 4 shingles during the windstorm last weekend. I reattached and caulked the torn shingles and made an appointment for a roof tune up. Austin Lowe was on time, very friendly and professional. He replaced the torn shingles and caulked some shingles that were loose around the damaged area. He also replaced 3 boots that were really in bad shape. Austin came out today, 7/26/18, for a roof inspection that I bought on Groupon. He replaced several shingles, caulked spots, took photographs of the areas he fixed and several overall view to note condition. Highly recommend Austin as he was courteous, explained everything and said keep an eye on the roof as you should get it replaced in two or three years (it s 18 years old now) and didn t say Replace it now or ... No sale on his part other than to keep them in mind when the time comes. Based on my experience with Austin, Arocon will be the first call I make when shopping for a roof replacement. Highly recommend.
DISASTER!! We have had a horrendous experience with Arocon Roofing and feel compelled to share our experience to warn other homeowners against using this company. We hired them to install a new roof, and though the weather forecast predicted a storm, they did not protect the open roof or dry it in. Our house was flooded with rainwater, the upstairs bedrooms ceilings caved in, furniture was ruined, light fixtures are filled with water. Water damaged the entire house from attic to main floor. Since it happened two months ago, we have received only platitudes from Michael Neubauer and no funds to make the repairs. We have had to chase him or we receive no communication. The lack of concern is almost as terrible as the damage done to our home. We now have MOLD growing in the ceilings and behind the walls. We are forced to sue this company as our damages are now upwards of $30,000. There are good companies out there. This one should be avoided.
My roof was well inspected and I received a clear description on the conditions of it.
6/26/2014 spoke with Nancy Courpas, Human Resources, attempting to purchase the Roof Tune-up special for $99. She then checked my house roof pitch via Google and stated it was too steep and due to safety requirements, two people are needed. With the added labor, she proceeded with the quote $350. I agreed and the invoice was paid on 7/8/2014.
7/9/2014 Arocon sent ONE contractor (Chris), to perform the job. I noted that this did not agree with the initial assessment of needing TWO people, as my roof being too steep to justify the price hike from $99 to $350. I asked him where his co-worker was and out of concern also asked could he work safely alone. He explained how and proceeded. He was very professional, showed me before and after pictures of the areas he worked along with an inspection check list.
7/17/2014 Contacted Chris about the leak in my newly painted living room caused by the Roof Up. He stated he would contact the office so he can get a schedule and approval to return and the leak.
7/29 /2014 spoke with Nancy, after not reaching an agreement about sending Chris back to repair the leak; she was going to send a roofing expert instead. (Henry)
7/30/2014 Henry (Chief Estimator) arrived and was surprised of my expectation that he was there to inspect the leaking area and devise a method to correct the problem. Fact is he was there because he only sells roof replacements, and to pitch for a new roof, with no intentions of fixing the roof leak. He tried to persuade me about roof replacement. I adamantly told him that I am not interested in purchasing or do I have the funds to replace the roof. He then said that he will relay my wishes to have my roof repaired to his Arocon office.
7/31/2014 Called Nancy to let her know I spoke with Henry and was not interested in spending $10,000-$15,000 for a new roof. I just wanted my roof returned to the state it was before the Tune Up. I also reminded her that due to the leaks, I have to put my house showings on Hold, until the leak is corrected and my living room is fixed and repainted. I am losing possible buyers. This information was sent to Kathleen Palmer (Online Marketing & Reputation Manager}. As of now there has not been a response from either to resolve this matter.
8/5/2014 I have stated on the review that I did not qualify for the $99. specials. As per your office's assessment, due the the roof being steep, of which I then paid the $350. that your company quoted. The quote was 3.5% higher than the specials which, according to your company, again, is because you will need to send two workers for safety reasons. However, only one worker arrived and performed the work of supposedly work of two people.
Furthermore, I disagree with your statement that you have worked and continue working with me. My phone calls were not answered immediately. The only solution you offered was to misdirect someone to believing he was being sent to my house to do an estimate for a new roof, rather than him fixing the leak on the roof. This was a waste of my time and the roofers' time. I am now at the impression that this roof fixing special is a rouse, a gimmick, to get to people's residences to pitch a roof replacement, which of course will bring more revenue as compared to just having a roof fixed.
Bottom line, your company failed to meet the services as promised.
This company has people working for it with less then a years worth of experience. They talk about roof tune ups there is no such thing as a roof tune up only repair or replace. Pointing up a chimney could be done by a 10 year old to be honest. Wouldn't trust a company that dosent cap a roof.

Will was very honest with me about the condition of my shed roof. He basically said that it wasn't worth using the maintenance package on it as it needed a full replacement. Less reputable companies would have just taken the money and patched and been on their way. Needless to say, I appreciate the honesty and I am looking forward to seeing their estimate.

It was incredibly humid on the day Henry came, and he was dripping with sweat while he inspected our roof, caulked around rims and on the nails He even went into the attic to see if there was any leakage from the roof. We asked him some questions about our gutters leaking, and he took the time to explain how gutters work and suggested methods available through Aracon to fix the drainage problem. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and offered the information in a way we could understand. He showed us before and after photos and immediately sent us a copy by email. Phenomenal! Based on our interaction with Henry, I plan to use Arocon in the future.
Alex and Mickey fixed our roofing issues that were causing ceiling leaks. They both were super sweet and well informed; they patiently attended to all of our questions/concerns and immediately fixed our roof problems. Overall I am pleased with the job Arocon did and plan to use them for roofing jobs in the future. I had a leak in our low slope roof, and I was impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and organization in helping us resolve it. They were able to address the problem fairly quickly over the holiday season, and they even installed a new vent cap that wasn't there before so I could put a new fan in a bathroom upstairs. The only issue I had was a lot of debris left in the gutter when they finished. However, I think it also demonstrated their commitment to customer service, because they called me the afternoon that the job was done to see if I was satisfied. When I mentioned the debris, they came back out the next morning to address the problem--and the owner even called me to apologize. I appreciate that they care so much.

I highly recommend Arocon. The roofers were fast and efficient. The price was great. We had gotten several estimates from different contractors, and their price was comparable to others and less then a couple. The roof looks great, the leak is fixed. We are so happy with Arocon, that we are using them to replace our siding. What a great company, and the employees are so nice, everyone from the scheduler to Trey who did our estimate to the actual guys & gal who did the roof.
Spent over 10k on a front door remodel and complete remodel of a bathroom and have had nothing but horrible communication with the supervisor who now does not work for the company and was told to talk to another gentleman who also told me the guys who did the work are subcontractors and are no longer in business and will not come and fix the work that was either not finished and the faulty work that was done and that gentleman also is no longer an employee. I have called numerous times and left multiple messages. All I want is the work to be fixed and finished, I've been ignored for almost a year now and still being put on the back burner and never followed through with. A neighbor had some roof work done after my bathroom and even he said not to get remodeling done by his company. Super disappointed in the communication and professionalism with this company, would never recommend them to even my worst enemy. Call a real company instead, not this one.

He told me everything he was going to before he started and then showed me The photos of all the nail pops and bathroom air vent pipe boots installed. He cleaned the gutters and checked for areas of potential water leakage. He suggested the roof shingles were getting close to end of the service life and to call for an appointment for a roof estimate. We have used AROCON twice for different parts of our roof, and have been very pleased with their work. Most recently, Levi was our roof technician. He was professional, polite, and friendly, and let us know exactly what was happening - he was efficient in coping with an unexpected problem area of the roof. We were also very appreciative of Kenny and his work crew - they did a great job! Clean up at the end of the project was excellent. We are an animal sanctuary, and all of the workers on both jobs treated our animals with respect and care.

I was very pleased with my Arocon roof tune-up. The Arocon representative, Jason, was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I had a number of missing shingles on my roof. Jason went out of his way to try to match the color of the new shingles with the existing shingles, even to the point of driving to Home Depot to buy new shingles. After completing the work, he gave me a detailed overview of the condition of my roof. I could tell that Jason really enjoyed his work and is very good at his job. I know that I will need a new roof within the next year or two. Arocon will certainly be at the top of my list to replace the roof.
Did tune-up service and rake metal on siding for one of bent pieces. Both Mikey (Michael Grim) & Kevin were very helpful and honest about all services, recommendations and expert installation. The tuneup was well worth the money. Preston and Bryan were courteous and professional and took time to answer any questions when they did the walk through with me before starting the work. The work took about an hour and they provided more than 80 pictures on the gutter and roof conditions after cleaning the gutter and inspecting the roof. They provided all the services as promised at the price quoted. The price was reasonable. There was no up-selling. I am very happy with the service and am going to use them again this fall.

I purchase $99 the roof tune up. First I am skeptical about the service as I had heard some company bait and switch that they advertise low but ask you to pay more when they come out. Since I suspect some shingle is missing from my roof so I decide to give it a try. Linda is able to squeeze me into Saturday to replace cancellation slot. The service technician (Will) arrived on time, was pleasant and addressed all of my concerns. He was also extremely honest about the condition of my roof and did not try to push additional services on me that I did not want. The Arocon roof tune up programs seem like a reasonable program for folks looking to take care of their roofs without spending a fortune. I will definitely recommend Arocon to friend and family that I know. Actually, I have made another two appointments for my other two properties and maybe one more for investment property. I might also look for the option to have Arocon provide estimate on roof replacement. Overall, great experience!

I scheduled a roof tune up with Arocon and Will arrived early and went to work! He replaced missing shingles, caulked around nail heads, cleaned out the shingle granules in my front gutter, reattached the gutter, and provided an honest assessment of the condition of my roof! The worst. So my roof was installed less than 5 yrs ago and was damaged from the March wind storm. Warranty was a part of the deal, but Arocon stated the winds exceeded the amount the warranty covered. Well and good, reached out to the insurance company to see about having the damages repaired. Signed paperwork that Arocon would work with my insurance company to have the damages repaired. It s going on close to a month and still nothing. I m the one that s doing the calling and trying to get updates on what s going on. If Arocon isn t capable on delivering what they presented to a customer who patronized their business, be honest and upfront. Let me know if I should take another route and I will do so, I will just know never to use Arocon in the future or recommend to my family and friends. This is unacceptable, I m calling to get updates and I m told haven t heard anything new, give us back a call to see if nothing changes . It wasnt like that when monies were being exchanged when the roof was first installed. Thanks for nothing, and I would urge others looking for roofing to seek services elsewhere.

We had a request for a sun roof. The "sales" guy came out, he was not really very helpful, what was more disturbing was that he did not even look at the formation of our hip roof to even determine whether a sky light would work. He gave me a price on the spot. My husband called to have some more questions answered. Noone called him back. We have decided NOT to go with this company. If they not thorough enough to do a proper site evaluation, we are not skeptical of their woman ship and not even returning a call from a potential customer is just bad customer service.

The entire experience in dealing with Arocon Roofing was excellent. Larry came out to give us our estimate. He not only climbed on the roof to look around himself, but he took pictures of what he saw and showed them to us on his laptop. Although Arocon was not the only estimate we got, they were the only ones to actually look up in our attic to see if there was any water damage. The communication from this company was impressive. We always knew what to expect. I was very impressed with an email introducing us to all the employees at Arocon and giving us their cell and email. When an early season snow hit, an email was sent explaining that the schedule would be finalized once the snow went away. Phone calls before appointments were made. The roofing and gutter job went without a hitch. The crew was polite, neat and very efficient. The job was completed very timely. It was a very good experience.
The job was done in a timely and professional manner. The person who worked on my roof was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He went an extra mile to replace the old nails with new generation of clamps to the gutter although they were not in the job description. I would strongly recommend these people who need some repairs on their roofs.
Nathan came out to my house to give me an estimate for a leak in my roof. He quickly assessed the problem and spent an hour giving me advice on how I could prevent future leaks (turns out it was not my roof, but a gap in my siding). These guys are not your typical roofing company. Rather than charge me for a simple fix, he gave me professional advice on simple maintenance techniques to prevent long-term expensive damage.

Arocon was very professional, from the original salesman who explained everything and provided a fair price with no gimmicks like 'this price is only good today' like I got from other companies. I did not decide right away and they worked with me patiently to go over various options and costs. They were quick to schedule the job and got it mostly done in one day. I asked them to come back and finish some left over items and have their inspector make sure everything was done correctly since I could not get up on the roof myself to check. They send someone in a few days to put in a piece of gutter guard that was missed and some flashing that was missed allowing squirrels to get in the attic. Their inspector found some chimney flashing that had to be redone and they took care of that. There were a few scraps of materials and roof nails that were missed on cleanup but very minor amounts. I would hire them again.

I called for an estimate and spoke with Linda. She never called me back after the initial contact. I then left a message with the email address for information and got a call back from Sarah who did get me an appointment for an estimate and the gentleman did come out. However, even after a followup email from myself, I never received the estimate.
Hunter Riley did a great job cleaning out the gutters and doing an inspection of our roof and attic!
I set up my appointment with Linda approximately 2 weeks in advance. Linda was very helpful over the phone. She advised she call a day ahead of my appointment to confirm (which she did) and mentioned that Jason would be the professional seeing us. Jason arrived in a timely manner and was as polite as can be. I love the fact that he was very educational. He understood that I am not a roofing expert so he explained what is going on with my roof currently and what I can expect in the near future. I highly recommend working with this organization. They take pride in delivery high quality service which is hard to find these days. Most organizations talk about their "good" customer service but i find it to be mostly theories or intentions. Arocon makes it a focus through each of their employees to the point where they ask if I'm satisfied. Katie followed up to make sure I had a pleasant experience.
