I called during the holidays to schedule the use of my Groupon for gutter cleaning and roof tune-up. I received a return call the next day from Chelsea who offered a same-day appointment with a 2 hour arrival window. I took it, and she advised me that Andrew would be my technician. She sent me a confirmation by email. He called 30 minutes prior to his on-time arrival and he cleaned my gutters on three roof levels and a back porch. He found and corrected a couple of roof problems, gave me his evaluation of the roof condition as being aged, but good, and not in need of immediate additional work or replacement. I own a company that provides services to the hospitality industry. Arocon works the same way that I run my company: Be honest, be fair, work hard, and the rewards will come.
