I can't believe how excited I am about a roof tune...

I can't believe how excited I am about a roof tune-up. A bird had gotten into my drain and I saw AROCON's roof tune up special and it is everything they said. Linda was great to talk with on the phone and it was obvious she was using the Internet to check out satellite views of my roof to better understand the situation.

She sent out two guys - Jason & Matthew who did an 18 point roof inspection - as well as unclog the birds nests from my gutters. This isn't some BS checklist - they actually took the time and gave my roof and gutter a numerical score on each point - as well as included notes to explain what they saw. They also took the time to give a good oral explanation of what my roof was like.

I was happy to hear/see my roof/gutter scored a 10 [ I feel so proud :) ] except in three areas - which they said wasn't major, but offered me suggestions/estimates on improving/fixing it when the time comes. There was no hard sell at all - just kind of along the lines of: "well in a few more seasons you will probably need us to do XYZ, but no sense in doing anything now unless you notice ABC."

Oh and they took pictures as well.

I will happily use them again!
