I have been using Sterling Health Care for over a year now. I have recommended them to everyone who asks. I love the staff and Julena Adams is the best. She always listens to my concerns and chooses the best way to fix it. I never feel like just a number there. I feel like a patient!
I love my doctor and all the staff. They care about their patients and any issues they may have. The front desk staff are so polite and very organized. They know who they are expecting and get you registered quickly.

Great doctors, but you have to call MANY times to get them to answer the phones, and on multiple occasions had to go without the proper medication because they forget to call in prescriptions.
Sterling Health Care is really wonderful. My experiences with Dr. Hall and his staff have always been great and informative.
I love them! The entire staff, from receptionists to nurses, doctors, and lab technicians are so nice and personable. Most of the staff members have children and draw on their own parenting experiences to make visits with your children as easy and stress-free as possible. They know my family and me on a first name basis and have gone out of their way to make my children feel comfortable and safe, even when they have had to get shots. The medical professionals are knowledgeable and extremely thorough, too. They have a wide network of specialists they can refer people to if needed and they make sure to explain things to you in a way anyone could understand. They also communicate appointment reminders via several different platforms: e-mail, text and phone calls, which makes it a lot easier to stay on top of followup appointments. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!
Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. My appointments went fast with all my questions answered. I was usually a little early which resulted in my getting finished early most of the time.

The care that Dr. Hall gives to me is very professional and his knowledge is outstanding. His bedside manner is also great! I know I have asked some silly questions but he is always diplomatic and takes time to help me understand. The staff also cannot be beat! They are there to assist and treat a person with great respect and friendliness. As long as they are there, I will be too!

Never answer the phones. Have to call over and over again. When they make you an appointment for outside the clinic, you have to keep calling to find out where and when. Of course they don't answer the phone.
Wonderful place.. The waiting room is laid out so nice and it's large and clean. I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Everyone is very knowledgeable in their job and friendly. Thank you Dr. Hall and your staff.
