Have used this company a number of times for a roof inspection. They are very good to deal with, from the office staff to the actual inspectors. They always provide a detailed report and pictures as well. The items for repair that they cover for the inspection fee are numerous. Good quality and value. Highly recommend.

Will came out for a roof tune up on 2/20/17. Gave me a great overview of the current state of the roof, fixed a few issues and gave recommendation on care for the next 3-5 years. Very helpful and highly recommended.

He was very knowledgeable of the product, gave us step by step details of what was going to be done and provided us with solutions for improvements. Got a roof tune up since there was evidence of leak in garage, Mark showed up right on time, found and caulked the leak, resealed all dried out, cracking roof tar, replaced vent pipe rubber collar, and gave advice on possible problem areas. Great, expert, fast, courteous on time service. Thanks

I had my roof worked on by Arocon in the beginning of May. I wanted to get some heavy rain on the new roof to see if the leaks were corrected, before I wrote the review. I had a great experience dealing with this company from start to finish. Arocon put a new Bitumen (torch down)-10 Year Labor and material Warranty flat roof on my Canton row house with a roof deck. They did a great job under my roof deck with about 2 foot clearance to work under. The Consultant Chris was on time to give an estimate, a detailed printout estimate was given before he left the property, and he was very knowledgeable. The team sent to complete the torch down roof, were actually early and work was completed on time as stated in the estimate. The final walk through was great, again the Arocon representative was on time and gave a detailed explanation on all completed work. My overall rating of this company was GREAT!!! I have a very busy schedule and I found that in this industry on time is very hard to find. The price was a little higher than a couple of other estimates, but the ten year warranty and on time from all employees was well worth the extra money.

The company Reps knew their craft and were reasonable in suggesting solutions, not selling a product. They scheduled the work, then improved the date. I would use them again; and would recommend to anyone.

I have used Arocon several times. They replaced our roof and did a fantastic job. The pricing was competitive and the work was performed well and in a timely fashion. Arocon replaced our windows. The windows were installed correctly and quickly and looked great. I had an issue with their interior trim installation, but they addressed it quickly and professionally. I mention this because it illustrates that they stand behind their work and strive to ensure that the customer is happy with the result. They were excellent in this regard. Most recently I had a Roof Tune up done by Arocon as we were selling the house to address a few minor wear and tear items. They were efficient and thorough. Bryan and Preston worked on the tune-up and gave an extremely through report and explanation of the work performed. I would highly recommend the Arocon Team to anyone.

Eric and Alex were awesome! They thoroughly inspected our roof and gave us a detailed report. I did not feel like they were out to find problems that needed to be fixed ASAP and cost us lots of money. They truly cared about the status of our roof and wanted us to be safe and comforted knowing that our roof is in a position that will last a little longer!

I had part of my roof repaired by Arocon Roofing following damage that occurred after hurricane Sandy. While at it, I arranged to have my entire roof re-shingled. Arocon was prompt and professional in providing a written estimate. The work was completed on schedule and at the stated estimate. Had a siding issue from the crazy winds and Arocon sent Austin out who fixed up the problem in a matter of minutes. Very professional and did great work!

We had a new roof installed by Arocon 4 years ago. We recently noticed that water was cascading over the gutters on the second floor of the front of the house even though we had gutter guards installed at the time that the new roof was put on. Jason came out and found that the reason that this had happened was that algae or moss had grown in the gutter and downspout at one end of the house which was highly shaded by a large tree and was preventing water from freely flowing out of the gutter. Jason cleaned it out (showed us pictures that he had taken before and after). He was very professional and we enjoyed talking with him. Recommend Arocon for your roofing needs. David S.

Jason and Andrew performed a roof and gutter tune up. They were efficient and courteous and took pictures of our gutters so I could see what s going on. Very satisfying experience!

Will was friendly, honest, and answered all my questions very professionally. He did a great job cleaning our gutter and etc. We really liked how he could find out where all the leaking was coming from. $99 was more than worth it for Will's wonderful job!

I would highly recommend Arocon for any home improvement. We had new windows installed, a new deck added which also involved creating a new door opening from the bedroom to the deck, brick work and also had rooms painted. All the work done was completed in the time promised; the workers were professional and did a terrific job cleaning up. The office staff was very personable and our project manager was very responsive to any questions or changes. I will definitely use Arocon for any future needs.

Tech Henry Bullen did a great job blending missing shingles and made the other minor repairs in a very professional way.

The roof techs Mikey and Randy really took care of our roof!!!!!! They went above and beyond what I expected so much so I decided to go with a maintenance plan. They are professional and get the job done!!!! My neighbor also used them! Awesome workers!!!!!

Jason did a roof inspection and tune up for us. He fixed a few minor issues on and around the roof and luckily the roof itself was in good shape. He took the time to explain what to expect over the next few years, what to look for, and options for an eventual re-roofing. I would definitely recommend Aracon to others - they are an established and no-nonsense company. Jason was very personable and honest, and we'll definitely be calling him in the future if the roof needs any work done.

I was nervous about this service because it was for the my first home which I was selling on the east coast and now I live on the west coast. I knew I couldn t count on my realtor because he wasn t the type of guy to go the extra mile (Redfin, lesson learned) so I knew I couldn t count on him to be there for this appointment. But I received an email with the detailed work they did. Pictures galore of every part of the roof and the tune up they did. The service was done at the time I expected and the response with the email and receipt was received immediately after the service was provided. The price was $149 for the roof tune up on a three level townhome. So I was very pleased with the price and the service. I am a picky customer and I can say I highly recommend them.

Hunter did a great job with the gutter cleaning. He was nice and professional. He provided pictures of all work performed, and also reviewed the state of my roof with me explaining all the different parts and areas. Overall great job, thank you!

Awesome experience ! Crews showed up promptly at 7:20 am sharp and went right to work......Old roof was completely removed in an impressive 1.45 hours. They immediately assessed two bad spots in the sheathing and went to work quickly replacing those and got to the business at hand of placing the new roofing materials........These guys did not mess around. Over 32 squares (PLUS the porch) and were cleaned up and down the driveway by 3:15PM !!!! These guys are real pro's and serious about what they do ...........What a joy to have a team show up when expected; do the work contracted for with super professional results and roll out in under 8 hours. Wow.......WOW!!!

I would not recommend Arocon roofing. The craftsmanship was extremely poor leaving gaps between my roof and siding. The flashing and caulking work was extremely sloppy. Pre-sales Arocon was very responsive and high quality, post-sale was entirely different. Crew was sloppy leaving torn screens, smashed landscaping, nails and debris left behind. Typical modern day company with high quality sales and low quality workmanship.

Edit: Arocon came back and fixed many of the craftsmanship issues. 2 months later my roof leaked leaving a water stain on the ceiling. Arocon also fixed the roof but left the stain on the ceiling. I'm changing from 2 stars to 3 stars because of the follow up work.

Edit2: My roof later leaked in another spot, water came through dining room chandelier and ruined some electrical. Downgrade to 1 star because this issue is still pending with no resolution yet.

Edit3: My roof leaked in now a third spot. I would downgrade to 0 stars if I had the option.

Edit4: The root cause of the last leak was not the roof and Arocon helped me resolve it. Increasing the stars, primarily due to Jason.

Found the company while searching the internet for a roofer. They were on time, were able to schedule quickly. Made the necessary repairs with pictures to document

Pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Hunter called before arriving and arrived right on time. He quickly climbed up the roof and showed me the photos he took and the "diagnosis." He showed me how he would match the colors of the missing shingles, and he fixed them as well as some other flashing, etc. to prevent leaks. When he was finished, he explained what he did and said we might need to see him again before the roof was 25 years old. If I have to get a new roof (and I'm sure I will) I will be sure to use Hunter and Arocon.

I needed someone to go over my roof and fix the small issues it had, I found this company on Groupon for a 99.00 roof tune-up. The roof tech was very knowledgeable and went over everything he found and fixed with pictures. He did a great job and I would recommend this company to anybody.

Arocon Roofing & Construction LLC was excellent! Employees answered any questions or concerns that I had, they cleaned up their work during and after the work that needed to be done, and were prompt with their work.

We purchased one of the roof tune up packages on Groupon and was quite skeptical. When the technician (Andrew Hamilton) arrived I knew we had made the right decision. He was very professional and kept me updated about everything along the way, definitely going above and beyond to make sure we were a satisfied. Arocon will definitely be on the list of companies to consider when we have a large home improvement project.

I arranged for the $99 gutter tuneup from Arocon. Jason came and did a fine job. I had two gutter spikes that had come loose. Another company proposed an overkill solution: Rehang all of my gutters for about $500. I asked the other company if they would would just replace the spikes with some gutter screws that I happen to have. They said they would not do that. I called Arocon and asked if they would do it under their $99 tuneup deal, and they said they would. And they did. I am very happy with Jason's service.

Austin Lowe arrived early (always a plus) and did a fantastic job of first cleaning the gutters and then completing a thorough inspection of the roof. He was very professional and took the time to explain my roof and gutter situation as well as sharing all the photos he took. A very pleasant experience. The $149 roof tune up was a great value. Arocon didn't try to up sell and find repair items not covered by the advertised fee once the work started. The advertised fee was what they charged. The workers on site were very polite and professional, as well as the receptionists answering phones. They were on time, and the work was completed in approximately 1-2 hours. The workers gave fair estimates on the remaining life of the roof and also took very detailed photos of existing damage and the repairs made.
Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience, would use them again, and highly recommend their services.

Hunter came in to take a look at our roof. Super professional, quality work. He even followed up on some work done by another roofer for us.

Hunter did a fabulous job. During a big wind storm we lost a few shingles and I was worried about additional damage. Hunter arrived right on time and was able to fix the shingles and check the rest of the roof. Afterwards he showed me pictures of what was fixed, which I greatly appreciate. Overall Hunter and AROCON did a fabulous job.

We got a special roof checkup from this company. The man who came was very friendly, completed the few fixes quickly, and explained what he did. I took off one star because he said he took pictures of the work he did on the roof and would send them to us, but he never sent them. I took off another star because the company was so pushy in sending us multiple email "reminders" (plus a phone call "reminder") to post this review. I hope the "reminders" will stop now.

Having dealt with AROCON before I was quite confident calling them again. When dealing with the biggest investment most of us have we want it done right and we want it done well. AROCON is one of the good 'guys' in the business. It's nice having the confidence that it will be done well without having to question if you're being ripped off or getting an incomplete job. Mikey and Zach did a great job. Hopefully it will be awhile before I need anymore work done but you all will be the first company I call.

Had water spots in my garage & few upstairs in my house. Very courteous office staff scheduled my appointment. Andrew, their technician came to inspect and repair my roof. Andrew called let me know his approximate arrival time. He greeted and immediately began working finding all the hidden problems to my leaks. Andrew is very knowledgable, patient and took the time to show me my issues and explain everything going on. By far Andrew is definitely a person I would hire and work with. Wow. We had a tornado in May 2019 that took off part of our roof. Because insurance didn't settle immediately, we had time to think about the process and had interviewed several contractors, and even began the process with a few... some smaller firms, and some of which have pretty big names in this area.

Each one of the companys was highly recommended and came with a good reputation.

Because I pay attention to detail and because of the time the insurance process was taking, one roofing company who was highly recommended ended up becoming very disillusioned with me and at one point exclaimed
"You're making way too big a deal about this. It's just a roof!".

For me, I guess that's what sets Arocon apart was my personal experience with Jason and his crew.

I felt like I was always being careful with the other contractors as not to hurt their feelings or upset them because it sure seemed it was easy to do that! One become very angry, another one very impatient, another one got his feelings hurt and threatened to pull out of the process.

I must admit, I'm not the easiest person to do business with. I require both a good price, quality workmanship, and insist on having all my questions answered.

Absolutely I can tell you that only Arocon roofing and specifically Jason was able to fulfill all three requirements.

But even with all these boxes checked, I couldn't tell until gameday for sure if I had picked the right contractor.

Game day came and went.

Everything went off without a hitch. Even the special order stuff, which apparently throws monkey wrenches for a lot of contractors. No problem for Jason. He was always cheerful and in full understanding of my needs & wants-which changed several times- and always willing to talk with me when I had a concern.

I'm so very happy I went with Arocon! They checked 'all my boxes' and even some that I didn't know I had.

I had the most positive experience with Arocon today, from scheduling a roof and gutter tune-up through to completion of the work. I would give them a 10+ if I could. I selected Arocon based on consistent great service reviews and after watching their online tune-up video. The representative that helped schedule my appointment was wonderful and very resourceful. If anything, I was sorry I had to wait three weeks, but I suppose that is what happens when a company is in great demand. Arocon confirmed my appointment the day before it was scheduled and sent Mikey and Zach over. I knew about these two based on service reviews. They showed up on time, were professional and courteous, patiently listened to my gutter and waterfall woes, and explained in great detail what I should expect from the service. Mikey assured me they would investigate and resolve all my complaints, and they really did. These two worked very efficiently together. I was stunned by the detail in the 65 before, and 36 after, photos of my roof and gutters. They inspected and photographed every inch of the roof and gutters. I saw the many problems that had to be fixed (there was a small garden growing in one of my gutters!), but these two were undaunted. All was done in good time, about two hours. My porch and the surrounds were cleaned up and left looking much better than found. Thank you. My tune-up report was very detailed and told me more about my roof than I ever knew. Customer service and satisfaction, and a commitment to quality were evident in their work. I even got a follow-up call from the office to make sure all was well. There was no pressure to do more work than was needed, in fact, the team said their goal was to extend the life of my aging roof to its fullest. I am very pleased with this company and its employees, and did not hesitate to start a service contract.

Mikey and Zach arrived on time, wore masks, and kept a respectful distance. They provide before and after pictures detailing out the work they did which included cleaning my gutters, performing some gutter repair, and a significant amount of caulking work on my roof. They took excellent care to work around my house and spent extra time cleaning areas as they went so there was no trace that they had been there. Their inspection was thorough and I have no doubt that all the issues with my roof and gutters have been addressed. I am completely satisfied with the work they did. It's really not cool to advertise a 'Free roof cost calculator' when you have nothing of the sort on the ads landing page, just a generic lead form. If your digital advertising can't be trusted, how can your company be trusted?

The crew was on time and did a great job. Even better measure of Arocon's service attitude was demonstrated when I found a short section of gutter (covered by a tree) and called to let them know they missed something.
The crew was back out, cleaned up the section, and left us very satisfied customers.
