We had our roof repaired and gutters replaced by Arocon. The entire process was very smooth, and the job was completed on time and in line with the initial estimate. Overall I'd use them again without question.

Called and got details from Linda and scheduled a roof inspection and gutter cleaning. As promised, I got a call the day before confirming the appointment time.
The technician (Will) called to say he was running a few minutes late, but was on his way. Showed up explained what he would be doing, cleaned the gutters, and found no issues. I don't generally write reviews, BUT... I couldn't have been happier with my
experience. Will was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. This is the way business should be done. Hats off to Linda and Will !!

Alex did an outstanding job of explaining what he was going to do, executing it and showing us a comprehensive portfolio of before and after pictures to illustrate the problem and the fix involved. Overall experience far exceeded my expectations. Other neighbors have used AROCON and had very positive experiences as well.

I scheduled a "Roof Tune-up" through an offer from Amazon Local and Mark Bruno showed up at the scheduled time. Everything was very straightforward and the assessment was well-explained. It also didn't take very long. I had a few minor repairs taken care of on the spot and a second appointment was scheduled so they could come back and give me a free estimate on some of the long-term repairs. All in all, a very positive experience.

I was very impressed by the entire process of the inspection of my attic, roof, skylights, and gutters. Alex was friendly, polite and detailed oriented. He photographed and explained every step of his findings. He repaired areas of concern as he inspected. It doesn't get better than this. Everyone needs to schedule an AROCON roof inspection.

They came out and were at my property on time. The salesman gave me not only an estimate on the work I needed, but some advise on how I could save money with this project, and in the future. The work was done on schedule, and I didn't notice any problems.

My sister who lives in Baltimore, MD had service done by Arocon and referred me. I received the tune up special. The technician Jason was friendly and communicative. He explained what he had done, he took pictures of the bad areas and he drew a diagram of the entire roof to give me a better understanding of where the bad areas were. I took off one star because my appointment was originally scheduled for a Tuesday. I called to confirm the appointment only to be told my appointment had to be rescheduled due to the technician having vehicle issues. Having to reschedule the appointment messed up my day and plan because the appointment was rescheduled for the day my tenants were to move in and I wanted to avoid that.

Jason was great! This was definitely a service that was worth the money. I got a detailed report of everything about my roof and gutters, and he repaired the flashing and shingles that needed it. I will probably need new gutters and will be getting an estimate on that from them soon. It was a pleasure working with this company.

Henry Bullen was very thorough and professional in doing the roof tune up. He also took time to explain what he did as well as his recommendations in detail and cleaned up fully after completing the work.

Arocon replaced our roof last summer and in fact replaced at least a half dozen in our neighborhood based on our recommendation.

During the most recent snow storm we had an issue due to the freezing rain/snow and the direction of the wind that caused some freak water damage in our home.

During the incident I called Eric and within a very short period of time the problem was identified and fixed within 5 days of the initial call.

What impressed me most about Arocon was: they stood behind their work, responded quickly to the problem, followed up with phone calls and showed up on a timely basis! if they were running late they called to say they were going to be a bit late.

We needed multiple tasks completed in order to sell our house. We wanted a porfessional job without breaking the bank. Comparison quotes implied that I would get superior materials at a middle of the road price. The job(s) were completed on schedule and the professionalism of the teams were far greater then expected. We had a roof cleaned with minor repairs, chimney fixed, new posts on the front porch.

Everything went well starting from appointment to all the way till cleaning. Henry and Braxton were wonderful and explained all parts of service with before and after pictures. Definitely recommended for others to use Arocon's roof tune up service.

We had a new roof installed on our house, which is approximately 3300 sq ft. Jason Easton discussed everything with us beforehand so we knew what to expect and Jason oversaw the crew on construction day. These guys were great! They replaced our entire roof and hauled off all debris and completed the whole thing in a day! We have had neighbors with similar sized houses using other companies take two and even three days for the same job. One neighbor had a roofer's dumpster in his driveway for a week! Not so with these guys, they hauled off all trash and used a magnet to clean up that same day. Aside from the obvious new roof, you couldn't tell that they had been there at all. I would highly recommend Jason Easton and Arocon to anyone thinking of getting a new roof.

Braxton arrived when expected and was thorough in his review of my roofing issues, complete with photos. He completed his inspection of attic, roof and gutters and all repairs (new vent boots, chalking, exhaust stack adjustments) in the better part of an hour. No more leaks and worries.

They rescheduled the first appointment, and then never showed up for the second one.

Very pleasant experience with Nik. He was very thorough and explained in great detail what he accomplished and would recommend. He didn't even want to drink the water I gave him until after he explained everything to me! Would totally recommend this company to anyone needing roof or gutter repair!

They were professional on the phone to get your money. Communication to the customer was horrible once the contract was signed. Roofers that installed the roof did a good job but I had other issues with the crew's lack of professionalism. Would NOT recommend them.

I am extremely impressed with the work they have done. Jason came out on time and working quickly to replace a few shingles that had blown off. I am happy to pay $99 not to break my neck fixing them and also cleaning out the gutters.

We have used AROCON's Roof and Gutter Tune up Service four times for three properties we own. We always worked with Jason Eaton, every time he arrived on time or earlier, provided through and courteous services, fixed numerous problems for our roof, sent us before and after pictures, and made honest suggestion for our roof. I highly recommend using Aroncon and Jason for their roof and gutter tune up service.

One of our properties has its original roof (26 years of age) and Jason suggested Larry to estimate for us. Larry is a veteran for roof service, he got to the roof and checked it again and explained very problem to us and later provided us a very detailed estimations for roof replacement. We'll be getting a few other estimations and I'll report more afterwards.

I had used Arocon for previous repairs so it was natural that I chose them for a roof replacement. They gave a choice of several colors for the roof. The price was fair. The work was done promptly. So far, even with this weird weather (snow/wind/cold), the roof is keeping my home nice and dry, no problems.

I did discover some minor debris in my kitchen and bathroom, probably when my [4] skylights were removed to do the roofing around them and thereafter re-installed. Otherwise they cleaned up nicely.

Arocon is a full service contractor, so I was able to get the damage due to the [previous] roof leak fixed at the same time, which was a good convenience.

Jason came out and did a tune up on my roof. Its 20 years old and I wanted an idea of what was going on up there. He replaced a gasket and sealed up the ridge vent. He gave thorough inspection. I'm not ready to replace at this time but when I do I will be getting an estimate from AROCON.

This is a great deal for people who have a pretty good roof that just needs some small tune ups. The people are very friendly and listen to your story and are professional both on the phone and on the job. $99 is a bargain.

The customer service of Arocon from setting the appointment for the estimate to the completion of the work was excellant. Every question I asked was answered with detail and great explanation. I have a few more projects coming soon and would definitely call Arocon. Thank You Arocon.

I called Arocon at noon, and they were at our house by 4:30pm. I was very impressed with their timeliness, but it didn't end there. The organization sent out Jason to help us. He was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions, especially as we're new home-owners. He replaced our missing shingles and tacked up a loose side-panel in no time at all.

Roofing Tune-up (June 1, 2014)

I was extremely pleased with the Arocon roof tune-up that took place on June 1, 2014. The Arocon representative/roofer (Matt) was knowledgable and took time to explain what the scope of work would be before performing any work. He was also pleasant to talk to and very polite. I could tell that he really enjoyed his work and liked working for Arocon. Matt did a thorough roof inspection and I was pleased to find out that my 20 yr. old roof was still in relatively good shape considering its age. He did find problems with the flashings around my skylight and two of the vent pipes. He came down off the roof to show me cell phone pictures that he had taken and explained the repair. There were no further charges for the work. It has rained quite heavily since the repairs and I was very pleased to see that I no longer had the leak that I had been dealing with in the vicinity of the vent pipes and skylights.
Thank you Arocon, and especially Matt, for the excellent services. It is refreshing to know that there are still roofing companies that deliver the services they advertise in a professional and cost effective way. We have used this company for several years to do a "tune up" for our roof. Our last experience, included replacing several shingle tabs on our 20 year old roof that were lost from a recent Nor'easter. The technician, Andrew Hamilton, was courteous and professional. He replaced the missing tabs and serviced the remaining roof and evaluated its condition. All for a very reasonable price of less than $100. I cannot say enough good things about this company! In this area, they are a great value with awesome customer service! The office staff is awesome as well! I highly recommend Arocon Roofing!

From my very first phone call to request an estimate, to the finished product ~ my experience with Arocon Roofing went way beyond what I expected! Our project consultant, Jason, answered every conceivable question, showed us exactly what to expect, and took his time explaining every detail. Henry arrived on time in a marked company vehicle, explained the process and went right to work. He took pictures and showed me the condition of the roof and gutters, and the repairs. I appreciated the time he took to answer all of my questions and taught me a few things about securing my gutters. After cleaning and repairing the gutters Henry made sure the front and back were clean of any debris. First home and first time having to have repairs done and it was a good experience. I purchased the roof tune up voucher from Amazon Local because I lost several shingles in a storm last year. As my job was so small, I fully expected to have difficulties scheduling my appointment. However, to my surprise when I called I was greeting by a nice lady named Linda whom promptly scheduled my appointment for the following week. The service technician (Jason) arrived on time, was pleasant and addressed all of my concerns. He was also extremely honest about the condition of my roof and did not try to push additional services on me that I did not want. I recommended Arocon to a family member whom has since used them and has also had a positive experience. The Arocon roof tune up programs seem like a reasonable program for folks looking to take care of their roofs without spending a fortune. I will definitely be calling Arocon again next year.

I'm SO grateful for this company! They are the example of professionalism and excellent customer service. Last weekend we had a decent wind storm blow through. I thought I'd have a hard time getting someone out as many homes in the area experienced damage. I contacted Arocon through their website on Sunday. Monday, I received a return phone call and was scheduled for Wednesday. Tuesday I was contacted via phone but unable to answer so they also sent me an email, too! This was so convenient for me to confirm my appointment. Wednesday, I received a call to let me know that the technician was able to come earlier if I was available. It worked out well and he was prompt.

Hunter Riley is quite professional and knowledgeable about roofing. He took clear pictures of my roof, reviewed my roof's condition with me and all its components. He thoroughly explained the work he did to tune it up. He was able to show me before and after photos. He made recommendations and gave great recommendations on timing. I am so grateful for Hunter. I took advantage of the $99 tune-up deal after a bad wind storm blew some shingles off my roof. The appointment took a week but the service once render, was very good. The AROCON rep (Hunter) was professional, courteous, and thorough. It was worth the wait and I will likely call on AROCON for future roof repairs.

I m retracting a very bad review I posted a few days ago on AROCON on their pricing/customer service. To make a long story short, my reasoning is this; an employee/salesmen (Rick) that represented AROCON came to look at my project in just a few days after I called them the first time. Rick was very nice and seemed professional. The long story short part: it took me 5+ weeks and no less the 4 calls to get the proposal that was 41% higher than this project should have been. I emailed back with my thanks but no thanks.
After I sent my email back to AROCON, one of AROCON s better employees, Ms. Tiffany brought my email to the attention of one of the owners (Tyler) of AROCON. Tyler got in touch with me right away and told me how sorry they were to learn how I was treated as well as thought the price their salesmen gave me was outrageous as well. Because of the passion for good customer service I could her in Tyler s voice, I decided to give AROCON another chance and asked Tyler to come and look at my project. I m pleased to report that the proposal that Tyler gave me was not only in-line with my project, AROCON s proposal was the best among all of the other contractors I requested proposals from.
Today I contacted AROCON to tell them they are the people I want to hire. After meeting Tyler I can only imagine that AROCON will do a great job and I will be back to report this when the project is complete.

Arocon Roofing

Arocon agreed to install a metal roof on our entry. On 9/19/13, the contract and deposit were accepted. Several weeks go by and they keep changing the scheduled install date. We spoke many times to them trying to get on their calendar. Our job was small and they only have one metal roof team so our job was constantly pushed back behind other larger jobs. We finally had an install date on November 6th, between 8and 10am start time. At 10:30am they called and they cancelled the contract. Their reason given to me by the sales person was that they did not have a qualified person to do the work. However I had spoken the the job manager about 30min before and he said they under bid it and we would have to pay more to have it done or they would loose money. The sale person denied this. I'm actually glad now because I would not want them doing it improperly. This was a serious service failure and would never recommend their business.

I would like a written apology to me, and on this site and others where I will be posting a review, where they admit the error of taking a job they couldn't do and wasting our time (and the 6 weeks of great weather). Their constant putting us off and rescheduling, then canceling the job on the install day was extremely unprofessional and a serious service failure.

John Taylor was on time and professional. He a outstanding job on my 21 point Inspection.

Jason came to our appointment promptly and ready to work. After making friends with our Golden Retriever ,he began his work. He did an excellent job on the gutter cleaning ,which was definitely worth the price of the entire inspection. He also went above and beyond in the clearing of our back deck and driveway. He took a number of photos to show me the issues with our roof and addressed every point I had mentioned , in addition to issues that I did not know that were there. Being a professional who deals with people myself , I can say he showed me a thing or two about customer service. I could not have been any more pleased with the service he provided.

Braxton did a great job this week inspecting our roof and cleaning the gutters. He provided a full report with photos as well. He was conscientious, professional and polite.

Michael and Zach did the tune-up service very well. They were very helpful and professional. Solved the gutter problem and checked everything. Finished the job in about an hour. Will use Arocon again in the future.

Met with salesman, convinced me to replace chimney cap, in addition to roof. Promised he'd come back after job complete and do an inspection, he didn't, and as of right now hasn't returned a message in a month, except to tell me I got what I paid for. Still have a roofing bag hanging in neighbors tree 30 ft high, no idea how to get it out. So what did I question? I had water dripping down my chimney. They sent a installer who proceeded
to over caulk around my chimney. Then a neighbor came
over asked how the roof turned out? I said fine but looking up at the chimney cap, it reminded me of jr high school riveting job. Then he informed me : he was in his driveway they had a nice tapered
Cap but it wouldn't fit, so they put it back on the truck. Against doctors
Orders I climbed up a ladder, not tapered completely flat. Call office said they'd send another. They did but it was flat, the installers spoke no English so I drew a pix of it being tapered. He nodded, called company, they said they'd send anothe., salesman complained to me they were losing money! We're supposed to call, but went ahead and installed without a call. Again up a ladder took pictures with a level, it actually slanted inward to my chimney opening. Sent pixs was told it's not level the bubbles not centered. I explained the bubble was on the side indicating it was the opposite of tapering away. Two weeks later, I called and was told
They'd send my money back for the cap, they were never going to call me back. Makes me wonder what other things they short cut! Would never recommend, this job started six months ago! My patience is done. Now I have to find another company to replace roof cap, hope I find a honest one this time. I noticed under all the bad reviews the owner stated 'talked. To customer and we are working it out' I can't wait for his call, but if he's like his sales rep and manager, my phone will never ring

Service call had went well above my expectations. Mr. John Taylor really went far in taking care of my needs. He explained everything that he had done and things to look out for later on. I was really surprised at the professionalism that Mr. Taylor showed. My roof will need replacement in the future and thanks to Mr Taylor I will be using AROCON.

I had Jason E. come out for a tune up. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and quickly and accurately completed the job. He took photographs of all of the repairs needed before and after their completion as well as photographed other areas that need to be focused on. Arocon has given me a pleasant experience so far and I look forward to working with them again.

I just got a new roof from these guys. It was easy doing business with Arocon and the way the negotiation went seemed like I got a good deal. As a software engineer I especially appreciated their use of IT to streamline the process. The all-new roof job on my 4 br home was completed in one day. The crew was polite. They did everything I was promised.

I called them on Monday December 17 to get an estimate for some roofing work and we booked a time for Friday the 21st
I got a call today Wednesday the 19th saying the estimator won t be able to make it due to a company meeting and they won t be able to come until the last week of December .
Very unprofessional. I thought you guys are better then this . I don t like giving bad reviews but I was very disappointed and I will take my business else where because it seems like you don t need mine

This company is fantastic. From their customer service reps ( Brittany is so friendly!) to their technicians (Mikey and Will).

They were very easy to communicate with, both thru text, email and phone. Very prompt. They even called to offer a sooner date for service due to cancellations.

We ended up having to reschedule due to high wind, but they still came out just to double check it wasn't possible, called me from the van to let me know they would need to reschedule. Brittany called to book the new appointment within an hour and they were able to still do the service the same week.

Mikey and Will were the technicians who did the service. They were very polite, very good at explaining the entire process, and wore their masks the entire time. They showed before and after pictures of everything they did, plus emails me copies of everything. They were great at explaining extra services ( such as we had an old satellite dish removed) and offering their annual protection program without it being a pushy sales thing.

We did purchase their annual roof/gutter protection plan because the company was fantastic and we definitely want to continue to use them.

High recommend!

Henry replaced a number of missing shingles, 3 vent boots and re-caulked a number of areas including the ridge vent. It took about an hour from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Alex from Arocon promptly phoned to verify our appointment. He came across as a very upbeat and well spoken. I was very pleased to meet him. He answered all questions and concerns I had about my roof and gutters professionally and knowledgeably. Once he had completed his tuneup, we sat on the patio and he made me feel so comfortable as he went over all his concerns and fixes on his tablet. I have worked for Lowe's Home Center for many years and I think he would make an excellent sales rep! I work hand and hand with installers at Lowe's and our outdoor sales rep shares many of Alex's knowledge and personality! You should put him into a training program and let him boost sales, asap! I said that I wasn't happy with the vinyl gutters that Silvertop Co put on a few years ago when our patio roof and sunroom was added and he proceeded to explain the differences between vinyl and aluminum gutters. Arocon is sending an outside rep to give me a quote to replace them 8/23.

Mikey and Kevin impressed me by their professionalism. My impression was that they did a good job and I signed up for the annual deal.

Will was on time for appointment. After inspecting our roof, he provided us with the issues that needed to be taken care of. Took pictures of before and after and emailed them to us and suggested what we needed to do. Was very satisfied with him. Would recommend your company.
