My husband and I will be first time homw owners and after we got the inspection done and the inspector said there were "roof problems" I got a headache. I didn't know where to turn or what company would not try to rip us off knowing we 1 know nothing about roofing and 2 give us the right information and estimate before going to closing.
When I started my google search it was overwhelming but I happened to come across Arocon and gave them a call. After speaking with the customer service woman she advised she would call me back if the person that works on Sundays would be able to fit us in. Not even 5 minutes later Jason called me back and said he was sitting with the lady and heard the phone call and seen the report I sent over and he HAD to come out that Sunday to look at our roof.
When Sunday came Jason was prompt he went up on the roof took pictures (the investigator didn't even do that) as well as inspected our attack. Once he finished his inspection he came in explained everything answered every single question I had, drew pictures, showed us all the pictures he took and explained in detail every single aspect of work that needed to be done.
When I tell you the weight was lifted off my shoulders it truly was, he made sure we understood what the problem was, how to fix it and how to care for and monitor our roof to make sure we stay on top of things. I could not have asked for a better person to come out. He was friendly to top it off and I would not think about going to another company.
I not only would recommend Arocon but more so ask for Jason to be the one to come out to your home. You will know everything you need to know when he leaves and they are very affordable. Once the work is complete this will be a 5 star rating!

Dylan and Mike were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.. I believe they did an accurate assessment of my roof and gutter and corrected all the problems with a reasonable cost.. Will use them when it s time to get a new roof!!

I got this roof check coupon from Groupon and it was well worth it. Eric who did the inspection was very clear and detailed in explaining the review. He wasn t even trying to sell a new roof! I would recommend arocon.

Got a roof tuneup. Since it is a rental, they called me when they got there and then when they were finished. I received pictures and a report. Was very pleased with the service and communication.

We needed a new roof and gutters for our home. I did an online search and got estimates from four other roofing companies. Just before the last estimate came in I saw one of Arocon's work trucks at a neighbors home installing windows and what I guess was a roof check. On a whim, I gave them a call and set up an estimate.

Adam was very thorough with his inspection and also very professional. No sales pitch, just pointed out his recommendations and explained the process and products. Their quote came in under a thousand less than the next highest roofing company and many thousand less than the highest priced estimate.

Once we accepted the work, Katy was with us 100 percent of the way. She scheduled the work within two weeks of our deposit. The night before the scheduled date the materials arrived at our home and the large crew arrived early the next morning. They were completely finished, including thoroughly cleaning the lawn and patio by 1:00 in the afternoon.

The gutter crew arrived on the next day (Friday) and were done in just over an hour. Unfortunately, that night my wife and I noticed a couple of scratches and small dents on our rear gutter. I sent an email and photo to Katy who responded immediately that they will schedule a repair. Today, (Wednesday) the crew arrived and replaced the dented gutter with a brand new one.

I am completely satisfied with Arocon roofing and their staff. They were very professional, fast, reasonably priced, and stood behind their product and installation. I would happily recommend them to anyone!

I would like to commend Jason from Arocon Roofing who came to our house today to perform a "roof tuneup". Jason arrived on time and presented himself in a most professional manner even after our two large dogs ran up to his truck. Jason got out of his truck and began to talk to the dogs and even had one roll over on her back so he could scratch her belly. He explained what he was going to do during his inspection and thoroughly explained what needed to be repaired and completed the repairs in a very professional way. He pointed out several issues with my roof that needed attention above the scope of his visit and again explained everything in detail. He even took the time to clean out a dryer vent on the roof that was close to being clogged up. He never attempted to high-pressure me into any large repair jobs and asked if he could have a consultant come out and give us quotes on several different items for us to decide. I fully expected a hard sell job with a lot of "if you don't replace the roof now it will..................." I am very pleased at the professional manner Jason displayed and the excellent repairs he did while he was at our house. I will definitely be doing business with Arocon again.

Jason and Dylan came out to my house to due a gutter tune up, by me having a new roof i just ask to go ahead with the cleaning only. I guess 10 minutes into the cleaning Jason indicated i had some shingles missing asked if i wanted them to replace them. I told him yes! Glad i did. Once the tune up was finish Jason and Dylan sat down with me to showed me pictures of everything they did....i highly recommended AROCON Roof Tune up.

He gave a detailed explanation of his findings and repair work performed. Great gutter cleaning and roof tune-up experience with Arocon. We use them every year and they find all sorts of small issues. They always take care of it and caulk any exposed nail heads and all egress pipes. This time we had Dylan for the first time after Jason was promoted. He did a great job explaining everything.

Great customer service, techs arrived on time very professional, and excellent workmanship. When they left there where no traces left behind. Diffentaly will use again for all my future projects.

Alex did an outstanding job!! He is a very polite young man and was extremely thorough in cleaning out the gutters. We really liked the fact that he showed us the before and after pictures of the gutters, roof and skylight. He also made sure that he cleaned the steps and deck area where debris had fallen. Great service. I have 2 property and I had my gutters cleaned and roof tune-up on 31st and Andrew Hamilton did a great job. He took the time to explain everything that he found wrong. He also, replaced some Shingles that were missing and caulked around areas that water could get in.
and August 6th i had Jason do the same for my other property.

Jason Easton and TJ were pehnominal. They didn't cut any corners and did everything I needed. I really appreciate it. Jason has been here two times for Tune Ups in the past and he continues to perform extremly well. They replaced missing shingles and explaine3d everything that was going on with my roof. I'm now getting an estimate for a full replacement. My neighbors were stopping by during the tune up and they also wanted to speak with Jason while he was here! Jesse Brossoit cameout to the home, 10 minutes early- set up everything, told us what he was going to do and before we could say, "OK," he was all over the roof. It took me a few minutes to realize that there was only one person and not three. Safety first- very careful on the roof, addressed all the issues to include missing shingles; caulked all that needed to be caulked- and showed me from the roof- things that had to be taken care of. Once inside, he removed his shoes until he was in the attic and replaced a burnt out bulb, pointed out the non-working fan and then, patiently explained to us what was ok with the roof and what was likely to give us trouble in the near future. No selling- just explaining what he saw with his experience. Never any scary words to push us to buy anything. Showed us photos that he just took on the roof also. Outstanding technician and customer service skills. Polite, very hard working and friendly. This speaks volumes about the company. Great job, Jesse!

Arocon has fixed our roof on a previous occasion. We took advantage of their $99 tuneup to check the roof and replace some shingles blown off by the tough winter. Matt came out and was professional while being personable. He explained what he was going to do, examined the roof, took pictures to show us potential trouble spots to look out for, and did the necessary repairs. He went over some recommendations, discussed Arocon services, and made sure we were satisfied before he left. The Tuneup was a great deal for piece of mind, and with folks like Matt, a Company to go to for the bigger jobs.

Mikey came by and hooked me up with the presidential treatment! I made that up, but he is an amazing and knowledgeable roofing professional and he alone would be the reason that I go back to Arocon in the future!

Amber called the day before to confirm the appointment, and Austin was prompt and on time. He did a terrific job, replaced several shingles,the vent boots, and nailed several cap shingles. He also took clear photos to document the condition and repairs of the roof. Again, an overall GREAT experience. Highly recommend this company.

Contacted them again after losing one shingle, which they had glued during the $198.00 tune-up in May. They wanted an additional $198.00 to repair this one shingle, extremely disappointed with their response. Had seriously considered going with them for a new roof next year, what once was a GREAT experience has now been diminished tremendously. Had refered them to multiple friends, won't do that again. Extremely disappointed !!!!!

Great experience! Linda in the office was wonderful and helped me get the time schedule I needed. The technician, Mark came to my house and was professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated all of the assistance with my roof leak and he repaired it in no time. Thanks Mark for a great job. Hope to do business with Arocon in the future.

Will Moore came out for a roof tune up. He replaced a few blown off shingles and gave a thorough explanation of the roof condition. He even went into the attic to view the roof from the inside. Overall, an excellent experience. Don't ask him to hold his ladder. Apparently he hears this daily and he will politely decline.

Will Moore of Arocon Roofing showed up at my property on time and ready to get the job started. He performed the roof inspection, fixed a small leak and cleaned the gutters very quickly and efficiently. He was highly professional, very knowledgeable and possessed a positive can-do attitude. We recently had the entire exterior of our house replaced. Roof, siding, soffit, trim, gutters, and shutters were all completed within a 2 week period. The final product turned out fantastic. The crews were professional, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. Our project consultant Kevin Carver did a fantastic job staying in communication with us throughout the process and made sure to visit each day there was a crew out at our house doing work to make sure all was being done satisfactorily and according to plan. I would highly recommend Arocon and Kevin to anyone looking to replace any exterior portion of their house. Job well done!

Very impressed from start to finish with my roof and gutter replacement by AROCON. They are first class! Jason Easton was so detail-oriented, from the first inspection of my house, explaining things, delivering the proposal, helping me select colors, and managing the actual roof work. He is honest and goes out of his way for his customers. He was on site during the work to make sure everything went smoothly. The crew was great and very conscientious about protecting my home. They use full tent-tarping to protect the entire sides of the house, instead of just throwing a tarp over the bushes like I've seen other companies do. The job was done efficiently and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. From my research and experience, AROCON uses the best products and provides excellent workmanship for a very reasonable price. They replaced my gutters also and that work was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Sounds silly but I love love love my new roof and gutters! AROCON is the company to use!

Technician Will Moore showed up on time today to do a $99 roof inspection. He checked the attic first, where I had recently noticed a leak near my attic fan. Will explained that the attic fan was working against the ridge vent, contributing to some dry rot of the plywood sheathing. He then went up on the roof, caulked around the fan, and pronounced the roof and gutters to be in excellent shape (other than for the fan problem). He did not seem like a salesman. When I asked if the deteriorated sheathing could be repaired, he explained how that could be replaced and only then mentioned Arocon's repair division that could come out to do a no-obligation estimate. I found Will to be professional, honest, and informative; I would highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend Arocon highly enough! After we had some mild flooding in our basement due to our rickety old gutters, we called Arocon to come give us an estimate on new ones. Eric came out and gave us a thorough overview of the process, presented several options, and was just really helpful and kind about the whole thing. The prices are quite reasonable, so we had the gutters installed a couple weeks later. The guys started and finished the entire process while my husband and I were at work! We came home to find beautiful new gutters and a nice clean yard. Awesome experience.

While I was perusing their website afterwards, I noticed that Arocon also offers a roof "tune up" service, and since we were so thrilled with our new gutters, we decided to give it a try. Jason did the tune up for us - he was on time, very professional, and gave a detailed report of the work performed and the general condition of the roof. It didn't feel like he was trying to up-sell us at all. When we do need to replace our roof, however, we will definitely call Arocon!! Highly recommended!

These guys were great. The arrived on time, and were friendly and courteous. Henry and Braxton found and fixed the problem quickly and were really great about explaining the issue and the potential causes.
Hopefully I wont need more roof work anytime soon, but if I do, I wont hesitate to call them.

From the first phone call (Brittany), to the emergency visit (Austin) to the estimate (Trey) I got a sense of knowledge and a sense of knowing that we were dealing with people who cared about what they do and the service they provide. That matters a lot to me. From courtesy to honesty, from friendliness to practicality. I have no doubt that the replacement phase will be as successful as the intro/shocking phase :).

thought Ronald was very professional. He went up on the roof and showed me pictures of what he found and he fixed the areas that he showed me. He then showed me the after pictures and pointed out what he did to fix the area. I showed him the area of concern on my phone and inside my house before he got started. It has not rained since he fixed the problem area but, hopefully nothing else will happen.

Jesse Brossoit was our technician who contacted me by phone before he arrived. Very professional and prompt, he took both before and after photos of the work he completed. He took pride in his work and it showed. Highly recommended!

Great service all the way from start to finish! Jason is the best! He is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended.

We contacted Arocon to have our roof replaced in May 2018. The sales representative presented a high quality sales pitch along with colorful brochures. One of the selling points for us was the fact that Arocon would tarp and cover the entire outside of our home to prevent nails and old roofing materials from falling on the bushes and plants. We signed the contract and in July the roof was replaced. The work was not professionally completed - nor were we informed that the company was going to replace the roof on the day it was completed. The tarp was NOT installed there were nails, old shingles, and wood particles in our yard. Also, awning over a double window was torn and covered with duck tape.Our lawn mower and two cars got nails in the tires and had to be repaired. Initially the salesperson was sorry regarding the situation and offered $50.00 off the cost of $15K roof - insulting. Later on they did take off $800 from the cost for not installing the tarp. We have had to contact them time after time regarding the awning. There was never any follow up from Arocon it has always been us calling and messaging them for any resolutions. We would never recommend this company for any roofing or construction projects.

I used Arocon for Gutter cleaning and paid $149. They used electric blower for the cleaning and two of my water down pipes clogged. Within a week after the gutter cleaning the water was overflowing from the gutter while raining instead of going through the down pipe. I called Arocon, and they said they need another $149 to take out the debris from the pipe. No way, I do not recommend this folks for gutter cleaning services. Learned a Lesson!!
