Preston called prior to arriving to let me know he could arrive early, he kept me informed as to what he found during the roof tune-up, and he was very careful to not damage anything with the ladders. Everything that I hoped would get done was done, plus a few extra things were fixed while he was on the roof that I had not been aware of.
