Good communication and I felt confident I called the right company at first.......but then bad communication between workers/ supervisor. 2 days of my own hard to get days off wasted that I of course won't be compensated for and nothing was accomplished. Work was done to my roof that was nice BUT it wasn't the work I was asking to be done and assessing for at all. So basically they made their 200. And left me high and dry with the same problems I called for in the first place. Would have much rather used that money for a company that could actually do the work I needed done!!!! So I'm out 800. + 200 dollars and left with a mess to clean up around my house and no work done that was I was trying to get an ESTIMATE for. Consumers are tools now days.
