Jason was a great representative of his company, everything that encompasses the idea of work ethics. He showed up promptly, listened attentively, and then got up on my roof and immediately started to find problems with the installation.
The roof is only about 6 or 7 years old but has been a problem since the beginning and sadly the company is out of business so I have no recourse with them.
Jason took the time to rough out an estimate to give me an idea of expense and made sure to set up an appointment with the estimator.
This session was supposed to be for a pre-paid tune-up through Amazon so maybe the company will apply those funds to repair costs. Either way, they will probably get my business.
