Called Saturday 2/27 to request roof shingle repair and inspection. Woman I spoke with was very friendly, and thought they could fit me in during the coming week. She said the scheduler would call Monday, 2/29. Nobody called, and I've made other arrangements. I won't even consider calling them again!

Update. Someone called right after I posted my review today. Coincidence no doubt. In any event, it was too late as I had already made other arrangements. I added one more star, though, since they did at least call back, albeit a day late.
