If you have not yet contracted and you hesitate, read again the number of positive comments they can have ....
If you are already engaged with them, all you have to do is say goodbye to your money / repairs or whatever.
The remaining solution that worked for me: Couriers in AR + Mail then formal notice then court hearing and bailiff.

This agency is excellent in the "worst agencies on the planet" category. For example, the manager of my apartment:
- does not answer the phone
- don't remember
- does not respond to emails (even if you put other people from the agency in CC, you can brush your hair to be considered, they only take your money, not your comments or your requests for help)
- does not respond to formal notices! Definitely!
