This agency is to be avoided.

He also put "New Condition" on all "Good Condition" points so be careful of your entrance to the premises if you engage with them. Note that you have a few days to modify and send a registered letter.

The agency also gave me no information concerning the Gaz Engie contract which is applied to the building, I had a hard time finding it by myself because it is a special service. You see the seriousness.
To pay on the internet the fees ect ... that I wanted to pay on the day of my arrival and they refused because supposedly it was only on internet, the girl from the agency took it on 3 times without ever include all of it because each time it made a mistake. She had cheated on me the second time when I told her it wasn't good.
They realized 3 months later that the fees had not been paid ....
I wanted to warn the owners of their incompetence but impossible to have their number or their address, they protested that if the owner goes through an agency it is because he does not want to have the tenant directly except that when dealing with this kind of provider it would be good to be able to inform the owner.
If you want to leave and get your deposit back I advise you to leave them a month behind in rent because otherwise you will never see the color of your money again unless you have time, energy and money to spend .
Also know that instead of setting up a direct debit you have the right to pay your rent by check or by transfer, which allows you not to have unknown amounts withdrawn when they decide to do so.

The only way to assert your rights is to post registered letters WITH REQUIREMENTS TO PAY OR REIMBURSEMENT (or registered mails which are cheaper), without that you will not be able to prove anything. The phone does not work with this agency and the emails are almost the same.

Pay close attention to all their calculations !!

We have put them on notice by registered mail (which I advise you to do if you are in the same situation), you have the right to do so after a completed month after leaving the premises. The amount that will be returned to you must be increased in compensation!

I decided to leave the property managed by Ammonitia only to stop giving them money.
This is the first time I'm dealing with these practices ... do not be fooled by me. The problem is not the law behind which they hide but their total disinterest for tenants and former tenant.

edit: take note of the numbers ... security deposit of 620 deposited at my entry in the apartment. I leave the house at 31/08.
The 14/09, 15 days later, my file is transmitted by the person mandated for the EDL and visit ... After one month, mail with AR for formal notice of payment and threat of seizure of the court of instance.

Agency incompetent, during our move we took more than 1000 for rent HC to 470 ! The standard people are rude and speak very badly, they seem to forget that we pay them a monthly rent ... I just learned that this agency closed down for a while !!! Which is not surprising given that we were unable to reach them. The manager and the entire team were reportedly fired.
