A shame this agency !! Staff who takes you down, who does not listen to you when you have a problem and literally contradicts himself. We waited for him to do what was necessary because our boiler was still under warranty, which had to be done for 15 days (1 month without hot water)! In vain, we have solved the problem ourselves but obviously no compensation, they prefer to tell you that it is your fault that you have not done the maintenance (new boiler)! To conclude, run away !!
