RUN AWAY ! Catastrophic agency, very difficult to reach if you have problems to solve, and there are problems!
Nothing to report until I left the accommodation ... Then the galley began when I tried somehow to get my security deposit back on time. In addition to not returning it to me within the allotted time (1 month from the return of the keys), the agency made me pay one day more rent, which fell like a hair on the soup. Today, despite my calls and emails, nobody wants to hear me and I was clearly made to understand that I could dream of recovering the late payment (10% of the HC rent as stipulated in a previous notice). This agency is abusing its rights and is simply not following the law. No matter how much I put it in front of their eyes by copying and pasting in my emails, no one wanted to hear me. Above all, it is very difficult to be heard by people who are not listening, and who are incredibly slow when it comes to returning your money while being particularly active when it's all about you.
It is enough to observe all the Google opinions to realize their incompetence: 120/128 unfavorable opinions, or 94% of dissatisfied people. It makes you wonder how this agency manages to survive!
Too bad we can't put less than one star on google ...

Furthermore, I would like to point out that I have never had any problems with any agency, I have always got along very well with my managers / owners and I am far from being used to protesting at this point.
