We are the owners of a property purchased through the intermediary of a heritage company which advised us to have it managed by their partner Ammonitia. From the start, no search for a tenant then agreement of the agency to start the rental 2 months after acceptance of the tenant's file (i.e. 5 months after receipt of the apartment)! ... unpaid ... letters ... bailiffs ... difficult contacts with the agency. Despite everything we think it is a tenant problem, we give our agreement to re-let the apartment the following year. For 3 months, no rental proposal for our apartment on the different rental sites. Our requests for explanations remain unanswered. Then Ammonitia decides without our agreement to lower the rent by 9% on the pretext of not finding a tenant (but have not looked ...). As the rents are indexed, we will never recover this drop. Obviously we find all this on their site ;, Ammonitia never kept us informed! We are thinking of obtaining rental deficiency insurance but there again they end up telling us that we will have nothing because the tenant did not return the keys on time !!!!
This agency is a cash drawer and takes owners and tenants hostage. It is often located at a distance from managed assets and theoretically use local subcontracting agencies or not ... or that changes ....!
