If the requests for payment of rent are very fast the rest is non-existent ... I had a water damage with all the water valves (WC !!) of the building pouring into my bathroom, AMMONITIA n ' reacted only after 1 month while I relocated and tried repairs at my expense. The agency is impossible to contact, it is an obstacle course with need to go through setting aside to get anything including the return of the deposit and I have waited for over a year the count of charges for rebalancing (since they made me a deduction "in case it is in their favor" at the time of my departure).
