This agency is excellent in the "worst agencies on the planet" category. For example, the manager of my apartment:
- does not answer the phone
- don't remember
- does not respond to emails (even if you put other people from the agency in CC, you can brush your hair to be considered, they only take your money, not your comments or your requests for help)
- does not respond to formal notices! Definitely!
She needs to redo an addendum to the lease 4 times for it to be correct (and go on that I leave the names of the previous roommates, and go on that I am wrong on the date of entry oops it's always not immediately your APL, and go for it that I lose your letter of departure from the apartment which was however by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt ...)
Also, the fort of Ammonitia is to offer superb apartments in buildings with a certain cachet, it is a pity that there is no follow-up: lamps in the common parts which are not replaced (go up the stairs in the dark after all, it's a challenge!), and then are we talking about the water leaking from the meters in the stairwell which means that soon we will have to jump a few steps because they will have collapsed ?!

I've never seen it, it's just outrageous. This agency does not deserve 1/5 but 0/5 if we do not consider the negative ratings.

Basically, run away!

PS: The images show the water leak in the stairwell, do you really want to live in a renovated building that deteriorates so quickly?
