I confirm all the negative comments on this "real estate agency" to have made the costs. The advisers on Paris are haughty, incompetent and disrespectful.
All goes well and the image is well maintained until you sign a lease with them.
After if you need work in the apartment no one else.
Fortunately for us we stayed only a few months under their management.
We made the apartment clean which was not the case at the entrance and we made the inventory of places of exit more than a month ago and still no deposit returned.
So before you embark on the adventure with them think twice about it sincerely.
