Never seen an agency so deplorable.
Real ghosts when it comes to contacting them after a problem. I stayed for several months with a water leak and degradations without response until I decided to leave because of the unbearable situation.
Very rude staff on the phone (when you are lucky that they drop out), and what about the deposit refund?
An inventory without any reproach and yet a deposit not returned in full, and since then no response to emails.
A SHAME, SCAMS, FLEE !!!
