Agency absolutely incompetent. Never answer the phone. are able to lie about receiving the accused for the mail. By phone they have certified me not to have received the mails and by moving the same day to the agency they ended up to come out of their cartons as if nothing had happened.
I'm still waiting for almost 6 months of rent receipts.
When we contact them for damage in the apartment, they invent us responsibilities on bad way at the level of constructions. Me who had never rented an apartment, I was well done!
