I have no opinion as to the quality of the rental agency, but I do not understand how it works. The switchboard never answers (at any time of the day: 70 calls). My manager does not answer either the phone or emails. I have no way of getting in touch with them. Perhaps the Registered Letter with AR, but it's still unfortunate to get there!
