I want to write and let you know of not only my concerns, but my struggles in dealing with my "home" at Retreat at the Flatirons in Broomfield, CO, one of your sites. My boyfriend and I moved into a one BR/one bath with a detached garage in July of 2014. I am not only excited to leave the Retreat, but I am 100% I would never live here again, nor will I recommend the Retreat to others looking for a living situation. First, upon signing our lease, we were signing on for a gated community, yet it seems even to this day we are not gated, which comes in handy during my DAILY parking dilemmas. The parking has been so bad we (as tenants AND garage owners) have had to park our second car- which the Retreat understood when we signed our lease in 2014 as a couple with two cars, considering the fact they allotted an extra space for a second lease signer on the rental. Weird that the Retreat allots an extra spot on the lease for an additional signature, yet never once understood the math it takes to have enough parking for even HALF the residents. Now, parking was happening, tenants we're getting crafty and finding spots to park; then all the sudden we are told to park OUTSIDE the complex, even in the parking lot labeled "for Future Residents." This is not only annoying, it's MORE annoying that they only allow parking in those areas during "non-leasing hours"; so a basic slap in the face for tenants working from home or that do not need to move their cars during the day. I kept telling myself, "just a few more months and you're done here" and then the latest issue... those gates that have YET TO WORK in our GATED COMMUNITY allowed an intruder onto our premises long enough to STEAL MAIL (leaving only junk mail). This is an issue. I don't know that a gate would have 100% kept an intruder out, but it would have helped, and had it been that we'd had some form of GATE during this process maybe they wouldn't have targeted our community. They didn't break into our neighboring apartments, why? Because THEY ARE GATED.

Now, just to let you know, we recently tried to speak to the leasing office regarding leaving our lease sooner, rather than later due to the issues this community has had/caused for us; of course I was met with a list of fines I'd face if I were to terminate my leasing agreement before our listed termination date. With that, I am forced to live in a community that has no way of regulating parking, other than taking away ALL VISITOR parking inside our community, and a designated Luxury Gated Community lacking 100% in gates.

So I am held to my side of the agreement and the company I signed with is, in NO WAY, held to their side of the agreement.

We just got a notice that this company purchased our property mgmt co. in Denver. Hoping this will lead to anything other than insane rent hikes and poorer service, but that seems most likely. Many of us who love the city are being pushed out of it. #therentistoodamnhigh

The Park at Crystal Falls in Leander, TX. is a new property they took over that is so mismanaged and has no interest in anything other than getting you to sign the dotted line. Once you do that, you're on your own.

Here is my review of the property...

You will pay the same price for trash as comparable complexes with valet trash service ($15+/mo), but instead you get to take your trash down to the overflowing dumpsters yourself. Don't let them fool you into believing that is because of one of the two maintenance guys quit, most of the furniture has been there for SEVERAL months. Yes your read that right, there were only 2 maintenance guys for this entire complex and now they are down to 1.

Ask to see the actual location they are wanting you to lease.
-Check that the apartment is actually livable BEFORE you sign the lease! (you'll be shocked at what you find when you go in vs. the model unit)
-Look at the amount of trash on the ground in and around the building.
-Walk around the building and see how much dog poop you step in.
-If you have a dog and are considering Phase 2, ask them to show you where the bags are (hint: there are none here in phase 2)
-Check the dumpster area closest to you, if its not currently overflowing, pay attention to the furniture that will still be there next time you visit.

You will also probably see the same generic reply to this review as are on others below, asking everyone to contact them. They do NOTHING about it other than blame someone else. The "manager" wont have time to talk to you. Instead she lets her leasing agents (the leasing agents are amazing BTW! They are the ONLY reason that there are any positive reviews of the property) take the ear full, knowing that there is nothing that they can do about it. If they actually did something about resident concerns, people would not be getting on here to complain in hopes of getting management to resolve any of the numerous issues.

Hopefully as the new management company you will see these issues and get them corrected. If you do that, people might actually be willing to re-sign their leases. Its a beautiful property and has a lot of potential if it was just run differently.

It is a true exercise patience to live in one of Allied Orion's properties. I live in one of their Denver buildings and have had truly nothing but poor experiences.

The front desk is primarily responsible for bringing in new tenants. That is clearly the only job that they were told they had to do because every time they deal with someone from the building, it feels like they are dealing with cleaning up dog poo.

We've now been here for a year and a half and I've held off reviewing both the building and the management company as long as possible. However there is a saying about repeating the same action and expecting a different outcome, so I think now is the time to speak up.

The staff the building, including maintenance and cleaning, are all great. However they don't last very long. The only explaination I can come up with, because most of the people I know in the building are very reasonable, is that they are treated very poorly. That also holds true when looking at the turnover in the front office. Not a single person from when we moved in is still here. Actually, scratch that. The current head of the office was here originally but doesn't seem to be enjoying her life at all.

Even though this is not a "full-service" building, the management does deal with a lot of the day to day. Parking. Maintenance. Cleaning. Move-in/move out. Package delivery. All of this takes away from their time selling the building to new residents, which means that every minute that they have to spend dealing with a current resident is a waste of their time.

And none of this would be a problem at all of they had a decent attitude about it. However when our parking spot was taken for the second time, management could not tell us who was supposed to be parking in that spot and which spots were available. So they had one job to do (keep track of the parking spots), and they couldn't even do it.

So to sum it all up, just avoid. Avoid living in any of their buildings. Avoid over paying for any of their apartments. Avoid even complaining about it because really nothing will change.

This is regarding the new "luxury" property in Denver, 2785 Speer Apartments.

I sent a piece of certified mail to the Orion headquarters two weeks ago with signature verification, and still have not received a request.

Be aware of the property. I toured a couple of floors and the amenities and felt like the apartment was a good value. I did my paper work to sign a lease but was told two days later that they had accidentally given it to someone else already.

I was told the only other unit available for my move-in was on the first floor which had concrete floors compared to all the others. I had my reservations but agreed to sign the lease without seeing them in person (btw I flew from Texas to view the property along with others initially).

Upon arrival I was horribly disappointed. The entire first floor of a 4 level complex has concrete floors with construction stains all over them, then sealed over. I have footprints, razor blade rust stains, tool rust staines, red paint, adhesive stains and all others all over my floor. It continuously looks dirty. It's a far cry from the leasing area which has nice clean concrete floors that were then stained over. It's incredibly deceptive and just looks cheap. At $2600/month it's obviously not worth it and I'm already looking at other properties for when my lease ends. There are a lot of properties in Denver at this price point which are way nicer. Don't be fooled.

Also, the wall in the living room where the TV should go (not only out of common sense but based on the model) does not have a TV cable outlet. I was told be the office that the best remedy was to put a cord cover over the cable in the living room. Does that sound like a "luxury" apartment to you?

Besides all that and the numerous burglaries already, tell me why anyone should rent here?

I have lived at two Allied Orion properties and have never had an issue with my apartment homes or office staff. Allied Orion makes sure that their residents are taken care of and if for some reason you feel that you are not, they are always available to listen to you and get your concern resolved. They are prompt with responding to my questions or concerns. Thank you for taking care of my family and I!

I live in winding trails which one the apartment complex under this company. None of the residence are happy with the new management. The manager at winding trail is the most outrageous and rude lady i have ever seen. She doesnt care about the tenants problems and wants to leave her job as soon as possible. No common courtesy what so ever. I want to report her to higher authority but it looks like no one wants to give out the information so i can complain about this.

Wasn t going to bother putting a review, but hey here you go, long time coming. Congrats. Distasteful head management at Park at Piney Woods & Allied Orion condones it. Park at Piney Woods head manager (Cindy Lopez) used discriminatory language in a work place mid April. Documented everything from the day it happened to the call I made out to Allied, furthering the investigation with Texas. Being a contract coordinator previously, I felt the work environment was too toxic for me & proceeded into putting my month notice in with the nonprofit. I was called ghetto a few weeks later by Lopez because she had an adult temper tantrum over hours literally. Then she resumed to throw my personal items with saying I needed to get out or she was going to call the police. (Which she THOUGHT it was going to get me to just walk off my job) In the mist of it, I was called little girl with her harassing me around the office. I called my community director & got permission to leave the property of course. Today, which I ve printed out & have given to the state of Texas, a copy of a review (no brainer it s fake reviews for Park at Piney Woods how great she is) that I m a liar. Which is being filed for retaliation for publicly reviewing my review on the business for discriminatory language. Allied condones this behavior apparently without proper training on managers & allow their managers to run their properties with the lowest possible outcome of professionalism. This behavior is NOT anything new, so calling me a liar will not stabilize it. It s been going on. Cindy Lopez has personally bragged about how she demoted her previous assistant manager, how she kicked him out his own office, having him work in the an open area, and when he filed a complaint, she said just lied about the accusations about telling others, which falls extremely below HR guidelines. Moving forward I noticed how awful she was to her residents with me receiving a handful of complaints as the coordinator and when I was there on property, she was very passive aggressive towards her maintenance crew. Not to mention talking very ugly about her supervisor (specially to the annoying emails she got regarding the community s permits etc) and other leasing agents, showing Snapchat videos of them etc. The work & community environment was so unhealthy & toxic, which will fallback on Allied Orion eventually in the hands of a tax credit/income based property. Making it sincerely clear, I POST WHAT I WANT especially when someone has broken several laws in a workplace, crossed so many boundaries, speaking nothing, but facts about your business lawfully.

I was robbed by this apartment complex and I just found out today. Jeanette was the worse manager of all the managers that came through these apartments out of the 11 years I lived here. She lied and set me up for failure. She would tell me I was not on a lease and I could not resign for committing fraud on something that she and compliance told me to put on my application that I should not have had to redo anyways being that I had only transferred from a flooded apartment to another unit while I was on a resigned lease. So today 3/28 I pull my credit and there is Park at Fort bend with a 3,000 dollar balance for bull that is not true. An Eviction( we agreed on my move since I could not resign a lease for the new apartment that I moved into after the one I stayed in flooded), Damage to unit(?)., broken lease( was on month to month), and rent fees( paid rent in full monthly). They state they didn't have a forwarding address,(lies had my moms address on file). Orion fails with the corporate office and this incompetent manager that they put in the office.

I've been working for this company for 3 months. The corporate side is great and always helpful. The property I work for is awful. Management has major integrity issues so I decided to part ways.

Deerwood the treatment of the office staff is terrible, they want to charge you for the minimum always surcharge and without taking into account that we are in a pandemic, today I went to deliver my moni order dated January 3 whose date I am on time but for going today the 4th to deliver it they told me that I had to pay a surcharge of 105 dollars how much disrespect is inhumane what they do they do not take into account because of everything we are going through with this pandemic that I am out of work and still they do not care nothing

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I have lived in the Tree Tops at Post Oak for three years. It was originally a Greystar property and shout out to Greystar for being awesome. Allied Orion took over after I had signed my third lease (unfortunately). This has been the worst 8 months. When I say I am overly frustrated with this property, that is an understatement. The "manager" Sarah has no clue how to handle managing this property or anything quite frankly. Anytime I have a question I feel like I am inconveniencing her. Some of the issues I have faced:
- Roach infestation. This happened a couple months after this company took over and they seemed baffled at the idea and claimed I was the only one complaining about this. I asked specifically for someone to come and spray my apartment, but the woman currently working (Fran) told me it would be $60 to have someone come spray my apartment and that was not going to happen because they didn't want to pay for it so I would have to wait until the next week. Roaches eating my food, running across my counter tops, absolutely disgusting (That is just a clip of the month long battle I went through with them).
-Constant lack of communication with maintenance. I filled out a work order to fix my thermostat. Maintenance came into my apartment, left a document stating the issue was fixed....and it wasn't!!! Washer and dryer units that are broken and residents are not told so. Front gate is out of service and left wide open for weeks at a time.
-Sudden increase in utilities!!! How could I forget?!?!!? Since December of 2016, I have been charged $20 more a month for water/trash/sewage. I am one person, please tell me how I could possibly be charged $60 for that? When I ask any questions about this I am given the response of "We are working with the water company, it is not us." I have not received any information on this topic for 3 months. Going into March, my bill is still the same.
-Sarah's overall professionalism. She is constantly reactive to issues and problems and seems stressed out. She will let you know that your problem isn't only your problem, but also hers and essentially she is not at fault for anything. Newsflash, that's not how you handle residents.

Long story short.....DO NOT MOVE TO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES.

Love

Update:11/22/16
I had a plumbing issue with my Kitchen Sink backed up since 11/17/16 . I relentlessly pursued this with the Building Management, and they responded speedily, had a plumber out and promised me that this would be resolved by the end of the day today. The Manager, Aaron, personally called me to assure this and was followed up with a written email and phone call by the Assistant Manager, Ingrid. I commend them for this speedy response and resolution!

I currently rent an apartment on one of their properties (Spring Shadows Apartments on Kempwood, Houston, TX). Its been a little over 2 months since I have rented here, but the plumbing and drainage sucks big time, and I have had issues with both the toilets being backed-up simultaneously, had kitchen sinks overflow, had sewage come into my bathtub from the drain, had the commodes constantly overflow whenever we flush, spilling the sewage onto my bathroom rugs, creating a disgusting slew for us to clean up every time we flush.
Its now been over a week that I cannot flush either of my commodes, the bathrooms reek of vile odors, and its just been so unhealthy and sickening to live in this apartment.
Last weekend, even though the complex was aware of this, the staff went home, switched off the emergency answering service, and we were left in the lurch.
Today, a week later, they say its still "being worked on".
I have sent multiple mails to them of no avail!
Management's callous attitude coupled with this constant issue of the plumbing and drainage, leaves a very sour taste in one's mouth when dealing with this apartment management, and as other residents have told me, the best recourse is probably a legal one or one involving the BBB, as nothing seems to be getting done with this dire environmental and health hazard happening in this apartment complex!

I am so upset with this property!!! I was told that my apartment would be ready June 19, 2015! I received a call on June 25, 2015 and said the apartment was ready to move in. So I called this morning to see if I can view the apartment before the move-in. I was told THE APARTMENT WASNT READY TO BE VIEWED TO HOUSEKEEPING NEEDING TO COME ON MONDAY! What is the world!? At this point I want my deposit back! It's already starting out rocky and im not even a tenant yet! I had high hopes bc the apartments appear decent. I need the issue to be addressed quickly because my deposit was paid June 2, 2015! At this point I just wanna wash my hands and get my money back so I can look for an apartment that's ready and that i can view prior to my move-in! I hate that I stopped here. This is NOT the way to conduct business! I need a resolve ... The property is in Euless, Tx! Post Oak East is the name of the apartment complex! Future renters beware... STAY AWAY FROM HERE! They DONT KEEP THEIR WORD!

I was caught in the middle of a Management change. I decided to stay with Green Pines apt who was just taken over by AOG. I was very excites until I met Jamie Rivera. Their regional maint guy...it was very obvious he didnt like me. I looked passed that and continued to try and keep up with the onslaught of everythin they called important. I was written up for not meeting deadlines..example. Exterior lights..Jamie made a list of all bad lights to be replaced. I was given a dead line by upper Management. My make ready guy and i decided to work the weekend to complete this task..Jamie takes my make ready guy to work the weekend at another property. I was never asked or notified of this. On a monday im given another deadline on the lights...so we make plabs to work tues and wed to meet deadline. Jamie stops work on tues before we even get the ladder up..reason..to get a higher wattage bulb. So after taking tue away we only have wed..we try to work into the evening and jamie stops us again..this is only one example of how he found a way to move someone out. All 3 incidents i was written up for..all had jamie inturrupting progress..and i was blamed..either ni ine is aware that he does this or the whole chain of command is horrible. And how are you a regional maint supervisor and you drive a two door 4 cylinder toyota?

Left numerous messages with the corporate office and have yet to hear from them. Their lack of customer service and management skills is a direct reflection on the companies practices in how they treat their customers. I would NOT recommend this property management company to anyone looking to grow or expand.

Having worked directly with national management companies for many years now, it is so welcomed to have a company such as Allied Orion Group, who truly cares about their vendors. We talk about building "Partnerships", not customers, and when you have a true Partner, as they have shown us, it makes what we do, that much more enjoyable.
We know life in Property Management is crazy and fast paced, however, they have always been willing to take the time to speak with our team and ensure we receive the service we all deserve.

Thank you Allied Orion for being a true "Partner"!!

I live at post oak east in Euless, I had a flooding event that was my appliances fault but nothing I could of forseen. The next month I get an eviction notice stating I owe them $105. They told me to sign a hold off and pay it when I got paid.. I did so and then the next day I confronted them about the fact that I never received a bill to pay in the first place and how unhappy I was for the scary note. They apologized and said we weren't supposed to get an eviction notice and gave me a bill. I paid it when I got paid on the 17th of September. the next month it happened again but for another amount. I went to the office the next morning and the person did not know what the $160 I owed them for was and said the managment were off till the next day. I went in the following day and I was told it was late fees and such for the $105 I owed for the carpet and it was up to $220! I went ahead and paid it to avoid any more fees but I told them this is not right to not tell someone hey btw you owe this much until after the fees have stacked up. I emailed Kylie and she would not do anything about it, would not refund any of my $220 even though it was their fault that they got stacked up that high for not communicating that I still owed them money. So maintenance great, apartments them self decent, leading staff and managment sketchy and horrible! Please contact me.

My review for Eighteen25, HTX.

My review for Eighteen25, HTX.

This review is based solely on my experience so far being a resident of Eighteen25. Keep in mind, I have only lived here for about 5 days.

First impressions are everything. And to be quite honest, I have been really disappointed so far with mostly everything especially the lack of follow through on behalf of the leasing office.

Being a resident of a luxury apartment complex such as eighteen25, you would expect their standards to be high. And that is far from the truth. You would expect your unit to be "move-in" ready on the first day your lease is suppose to begin. That is also far from the truth. You would think that paying a premium price for rent the apartment complex would ensure that any issues with the resident gets solved immediately. Also far from the truth.

Before I begin to talk about my move in experience, I want to talk about the complex in itself. There are a lot of tenants that bring their loud friends at night and starting yelling throughout the halls when others are trying to sleep at 11PM (Apparently there are two courtesy officers, but it appears they don't do much to stop the loud screaming). The elevators tend to constantly be out of service, leaving only one in use. The wait for an elevator can span anywhere from 5-7 mins to get to your residence.

Now onto my move in experience - On the first day that I moved here, I noticed several items in the unit that was either very far from clean or just incomplete. The unit that I was given seemed like someone just moved out the day before. For example, the unit counter tops along with the cabinets were dirty and greasy. The stove was in even worst condition. It looked like someone did not clean the stove in about 3 months. I pulled out all of the appliances and it was full of pet hair and food stuck to the floor. A portion behind the bathroom door was not even painted. Maintenance tape was found on different doors. And just dust in general was everywhere.

I told the office about my concerns with the unit, and they were quick to say they would send out a cleaner the following day to ensure everything was back in order. I was content with their response. The following day, I return to the unit to only find out the cleaner they sent to the unit made the unit even dirtier and left a dirty mop smell throughout the floors. And guess what? I spoke again to the leasing office again and in return they said they would have a "new cleaner perform a detailed cleaned."

Fast forward to today. The unit is still not in a clean condition. LOL.

Also, I put a work order for a cabinet that the outter plastic/laminate is ripping apart. And guess what? They marked it complete on the work order when in reality its not.

My whole point of this review is to make you aware that you should not expect a "move-in ready" unit.

And if you got this far in reading my review... Yes, I am highly annoyed.

Three months ago in February, I came to Peninsula Park apartments. Basically to get away from Oak Shadows nursing home in Houston-Pasadena, TX. I NEVER wanted to be in that place to begin with. Anyway, these apartments are in a geographically barren area. In my case, at least its much better than the externally run-downed place I used to "FORCIBLY" lived in. But, the tenants are racially stereotyped! AND I HATE THAT WITH A PASSION!! I just wish & hope other creeds & races of people would come here too. I guess its because I have NO transportation of my own since I'm in a wheelchair. Thank you.

I have been attempting to reach the manager that oversees Monticello Square for almost 3 months now. I've left no fewer than 10 voicemails for her, and she has not once called me back. I did catch her once on the phone (a call I initiated) and our conversation was great- she seemed very understanding, saying she would look into the matter and would call me back. I thought FINALLY, I am on my way to resolving this issue! That was almost a month ago (and about 4 voice messages from me ago). I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of response, and at this point it is clear she is ignoring my requests on purpose.

The rest of the staff may be sharp and on point, but the lack of professionalism I've experienced is completely appalling to me.

I called corporate and made a complaint after being lied to by my property. Her name is Anna. Let's see if Orion makes it right by a. Putting me in a motel or b. Gives me a discount on my rent. I can't stand to be lied to .I will update tomorrow. P.S. Every year their hot water stops working for a few days. I get no apology. I pay my rent faithfully on time but have to suffer. Treat your customers the way you wish to be treated. Something for this huge inconvenience.

Vision stated on website, "Whatever It Takes" is a JOKE!! Executive Principals never responded to emails I submitted. Presented an issue to them for the unit I leased. My $500 deposit STOLEN to cover replacing inferior, poor quality, no padding, cheap carpet I endured. This was a wear and tear issue for the property. Local supervisor never responded and I guess they ALL have the same policy, residents are just "cash cows" Avoid being VICTIMIZED! They won't give you the dignity of responding with an authentic position, just platitudes.

Awful experience working with this company. I am a locator and they refused to communicate with me about my commission check that was more than 4 MONTHS overdue. I was sent around in circles through the entire company. It was like they were playing games with me in order to get out of paying me my earned commission! It got so bad that I hired an attorney and was ready to sue. After threatening to sue, they finally started talking to me and 5 months later my well earned commission check was finally delivered.

I plan to never work with this company again and will avoid their properties at all cost!

We lived at Stonebrook Seniors in San Marcos, TX for 3-1/2 years. Loved the apts. Orion Mgmt. took over ownership of the complex about half way through our lease. I'd been assured that they would be "great" to work with.
After recently moving out we recived part of our Security Deposit, after carpet cleaning. However our $600 pet depost was not included. I have just phoned Casey Gibson at Orion in Houston and, after leaving a message on her answering machine, hope to hear back from her soon. I will keep you updated on their response to our pet deposit, which I have copies of.

I r'cd a call from the Manager of Stonebrook the day I listed my complaints. After talking, she realized that they "may still owe us $300" from our $950 deposit. I contacted our bank with the check info, the date it was written, the check number, and the date it cleared our bank. I am awaiting a copy of the check to hand carry to Stonebrook. I expect to receive the balance of our deposit upon proof of our payment. I will keep you informed.

6/28/15
I just sent a note via e-mail to Orion in Houston informing them that we have still not received the remaining $300 deposit on our apt in San Marcos,TX. If we do not receive a check/hear from them by 7/15/15, we will contact the Better Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce in San Marcos.

This review is in reference to your Senior living ...

This review is in reference to your Senior living property at Tarrignton Court in Houston. Unfortunately most of your residences living here do not believe that the property rules apply to them. Only to name a few, I would like to tell you about the male living in apartment 1104 who continuously parks his vehicle sideways on the red (do not) park line in front of his garage and takes liberties with the water provided outside the building by washing his vehicle at least 3 times a week. In doing so he blocks the parking lot which is located right across his garage and those vehicles have a hard time pulling out. Not to mention all the water he lets run through his water hose while doing so. Another quick mention, among so many others I would like to inform you of, is the lady in 1305 who allows her pet to roam the complex unsupervised. The rules stated upon moving in to this complex is that common courtesy and decency is expected when you allow your pet to poop on the property. Unfortunately this lady does not have that common since nor cares to have it. These are just a few incidents which commonly occur and I do have pictures if your interested in seeing them.

Update: I've recently checked my mail and have not inquiries from the manager of the property. I am unable to respond directly to your response ,only read your post. However I am still interested in showing proof of my concerns. Please forward an email to me so I can email my responses. Thank you.

I live at Kempwood Hollow and truly enjoy the new owners, their staff is awesome and help take care of us residents. There has been a great change throughout the property, it is so much cleaner and they starting updating pool areas. I have lived here for 3 years and will continue to make this my home.

I signed the lease at wildwood branch apartments in fort worth, tx on a Friday, went Saturday to clean and found it was infested with roaches. I used about 12 roach bombs and it did nothing. Talked to the office staff about getting out of my lease the following Monday. Staff was rude and claimed in spite of the unbearable living conditions that I am still responsible to fulfill the lease and cannot get out of it. I believe a infestation is grounds to be let out. They offered to have pest control come out, but had no definite date or time of that happening. They also offered another apartment, but I believe that may be infested as well. I just want to get out of my lease. Roaches are disgusting.

I am trying to renew my rental agreement. NORTHLINE APARTMENTS, And it is a pity and inefficient service that I am receiving from the administration for more than 3 weeks and the manager does not solve anything, every day that happens now I need this, now I need the other, that perhaps they do not have the Ability to explain at one time everything that deals with a contract renewal, I had never seen so much ineptitude on the part of the administration.

Love this place! Adriana, Esther, and Cythia will make you feel right at home. Everyone is so friendly. We absolutely love the immaculate resort style pool with the most comfortable pool furniture. There's still some construction on the dog park and car wash but it should be here soon. Territory is still a new community and there's plenty of units to call your new home. Give them a call!

Im a current resident. I have called left messages and still no resolution. Today was the latest incident and Im appalled, I guess I shouldn't be. I called into the office because my neighbor have been just beating on the on walls for 10 mins straight non stop. I called into the office and spoke to a temp who transferred me to the rudest person Angelica. I was told to call the police that there's nothing they could do. When I call the police they tell me this is a matter for the apartment manager. I don't like being bounced around, I just need help from someone who can fix the issue. There has been a continue issue of children in the parking lot hanging out all hours of the night, drug use, fighting, loud music in the park lot all times of day and night, unsupervised minors harassing adults. The Park At North Vista was really nice when I moved in.....but it not the same.

I lived in this property (Addicks Stone Village) and moved out. When I moved they said I damaged the garage from the moving truck and owed a balance of $1057.18. This was based on the fact that I gave a $1500 when I actually gave a $3,000 deposit. In all actuality they owe me $442.82. I sent numerous emails and calls to the management office (no response) as well as called and emailed the main headquarters Orion properties with no response. They reported this on my credit with a shady company Pro Collect and I am fighting to have it removed. This has been ongoing since 2016. I beliebe the office manager was stealing or shady business. I advised them to send my oroginal lease to no avail. I about to file an additional complaint or attempt to take this to court. Stay away!!!!

Their a terrible company, Lisa is very hateful and unprofessional. She dislikes her job and her life sadly. Maretta follows behind her like a lost puppy they don t know how to follow up with people and they re very rude and jealous. If I looked a mess like Lisa I would be upset as well.

Absolutely terrible management company. Their employee Kelli Ashcraft who was the leasing manager at my apartment community lied to me and overcharged me for my last month's rent. I was promised that the overcharged amount would be refunded with my move out check, but it was not. It has been a huge hassle trying to get my money returned to me with company representatives telling me that the situation could be fixed. And while they did refund part of my overpayment, they added additional charges so they would not have to send me the full amount. How is it that you send my final move out check with all my charges, and then when I ask for you to refund the additional money you owe me, you add even more charges to my account?! Terrible management and I am so happy I moved on. This should serve as a warning to anyone living in an Allied Orion Community. Do not believe a word they say.

These people manage my current apartments North Post Oak Lofts. I remember when I used to only be annoyed by the parking situation. I deal with WEEKLY issues living at a complex Allied Orion manages. I don't think there is a group of people who could care less about their residents.

I live at the Ashford, previously known as Alexan Ashford. I am reading previous reviews and I am unable to understand why this management team gets so much negative opinions. Maybe the team at the Ashford is just more attentive & goes above and beyond. I placed two separate work orders. (The first order was : Change AC filter & change two light bulbs). Done same day when I came home from work. (The second work order, on a Saturday afternoon I might add : Please fix my Nest because an error keeps popping up). I came home from an event on SATURDAY NIGHT, and it was done. I am very satisfied with the quick response to work orders. Also, the office representatives are very nice, all of them that I spoke to. If you guys keep up this great work, I am planning to renew my lease :) I just wanted to leave a review to represent the many positive experiences from properties Allied manages. Yay!

Jayson Dixon, The Cam Assistant Manager Collective Glendale
1250 S Clermont St. Denver Co, 80246.
The Manager at this building was trying to claim that I moved in when I did not due to roaches and it overall being dirty, I took in the keys in the very next morning and put them on his desk. Today I received a Email from him requesting a check written in his name for liquidation damage under "Jayson". It looks like your management is about to get sued I am taking this straight to the B.B of colorado.

If I could rate negative 5 stars I would!!! Yall are really a sorry excuse for a management company.. no need to voice my opinion on yalls lack of ability to return phone calls or emails, the reviews below tell it all! Quite frankly I'm surprised nobody has hit y'all with a lawsuit yet...but let's move on to the real reason I'm here.. my aunt is a current resident of your Provenza Windhaven property formerly Parkside Windhaven. I've ordered packages on multiple occasions and it's ALWAYS a problem, (including when I WAS A RESIDENT of this property) Instance number 1. My mother ordered a package that was sent to the wrong address, the lady who received the package took it to the office, my mother goes to the office they apparently have no recollection of the package so there goes my mom's money down the drain. Instance number 2. I order some things from amazon, looked at the tracking info and it states left in the office..I go to the office to pick up my packages Edward goes to the back and tells me there are no packages for me, so again I go grab my phone from the car and pull up the tracking info and ask him to look again... he goes back and what do you know A BOX with my name on it marked RETURNED in big red marker.. little shady don't you think?!?! Instance NUMBER 3. As I mention earlier my mother ordered something that was never received, so I took it upon myself to order my moms business cards for her a SECOND time..tracking states they were delivered IN THE OFFICE on AUGUST 16th.. Today is SEPTEMBER 9th. I've been inside the office on 3 separate occasions spoke with Kristin and Edward and neither one of them seem to be able to find my package..called on 2 different occasion spoke with Kristin and the new assistant manager and again nobody can seem to find my package.. so I only have ONE QUESTION who's going to reimburse my money?? Seems to me your Provenza Windhaven property has a tad bit of an issue with exhibiting nothing less that A+ customer service to their tenants.. Not to mention these apartments aren't cheap but YOUR STAFF IS RUDE AF, PARKING IS HORRENDOUS (no reason tenants and guest should have to park across the street in a target parking lot ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT TIME).. the list goes on...so again I just want to know WHO is going to reimburse my money I spent or find my package? Don't send me some BS RESPONSE SAYING HOW YOU WILL DIRECT ME TO THE RIGHT PERSON.. NO I DONT WANT TO TALK TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER KRISTIN, or anybody else INSIDE THE PROVENZA WINDHAVEN OFFICE UNLESS THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT FINDING MY PACKAGE OR REFUNDING MY MONEY..

Should have done my research before moving into Wo...

Should have done my research before moving into Woodhills San Antonio. This complex is beyond negligent! The office staff laughs off any request and speaks to their tenants in a condescending tone. Since moving in a few months ago, there has been plumbing issues where water is leaking into the ceilings, broken windows that "can't" be replaced "at the moment", and the hot water being off and on. Mold is growing in the vents causing a lot of the tenants respatory problems and the apartment manager asks for us to prove it to her! The back of the complex should be condemned...boarded up windows do not keep out the illegal activity that occurs there.Allied Orion needs to be checking into their properties more diligently. Can't wait to move, and it won't be with any of Allied Orion properties that's for sure!!!

Follow Up: I have contacted Mr. Fernandez(as recommended in your reply) multiple times via email and phone messages over the past month and have yet to get a single reply from him. The secretary on the phone states that he will not meet with anyone unless they have a scheduled appointment! I am very discouraged by such customer service and the lack of communication. I feel the there needs to be follow through with consumers in order to keep the company going!! You may also see that I'm not the only tenant that is disgusted by the Woodhill management, if you are to refer to their review page as well!!
