I wish I could give this company zero stars. I have lived in the Tree Tops at Post Oak for three years. It was originally a Greystar property and shout out to Greystar for being awesome. Allied Orion took over after I had signed my third lease (unfortunately). This has been the worst 8 months. When I say I am overly frustrated with this property, that is an understatement. The "manager" Sarah has no clue how to handle managing this property or anything quite frankly. Anytime I have a question I feel like I am inconveniencing her. Some of the issues I have faced:
- Roach infestation. This happened a couple months after this company took over and they seemed baffled at the idea and claimed I was the only one complaining about this. I asked specifically for someone to come and spray my apartment, but the woman currently working (Fran) told me it would be $60 to have someone come spray my apartment and that was not going to happen because they didn't want to pay for it so I would have to wait until the next week. Roaches eating my food, running across my counter tops, absolutely disgusting (That is just a clip of the month long battle I went through with them).
-Constant lack of communication with maintenance. I filled out a work order to fix my thermostat. Maintenance came into my apartment, left a document stating the issue was fixed....and it wasn't!!! Washer and dryer units that are broken and residents are not told so. Front gate is out of service and left wide open for weeks at a time.
-Sudden increase in utilities!!! How could I forget?!?!!? Since December of 2016, I have been charged $20 more a month for water/trash/sewage. I am one person, please tell me how I could possibly be charged $60 for that? When I ask any questions about this I am given the response of "We are working with the water company, it is not us." I have not received any information on this topic for 3 months. Going into March, my bill is still the same.
-Sarah's overall professionalism. She is constantly reactive to issues and problems and seems stressed out. She will let you know that your problem isn't only your problem, but also hers and essentially she is not at fault for anything. Newsflash, that's not how you handle residents.

Long story short.....DO NOT MOVE TO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES.
