Absolutely terrible management company. Their employee Kelli Ashcraft who was the leasing manager at my apartment community lied to me and overcharged me for my last month's rent. I was promised that the overcharged amount would be refunded with my move out check, but it was not. It has been a huge hassle trying to get my money returned to me with company representatives telling me that the situation could be fixed. And while they did refund part of my overpayment, they added additional charges so they would not have to send me the full amount. How is it that you send my final move out check with all my charges, and then when I ask for you to refund the additional money you owe me, you add even more charges to my account?! Terrible management and I am so happy I moved on. This should serve as a warning to anyone living in an Allied Orion Community. Do not believe a word they say.
