I signed the lease at wildwood branch apartments in fort worth, tx on a Friday, went Saturday to clean and found it was infested with roaches. I used about 12 roach bombs and it did nothing. Talked to the office staff about getting out of my lease the following Monday. Staff was rude and claimed in spite of the unbearable living conditions that I am still responsible to fulfill the lease and cannot get out of it. I believe a infestation is grounds to be let out. They offered to have pest control come out, but had no definite date or time of that happening. They also offered another apartment, but I believe that may be infested as well. I just want to get out of my lease. Roaches are disgusting.
