Someone left a review that said "Great furniture at great prices." Okaaaaay. If you think $1500 for a single armchair is a great price, then I've got a pretty tall statue of a lady with a torch standing in my back yard that I'd let go for $5k.

I continue to have stellar service. I have an older refrigerator purchased at Brannock and Hiatt by the previous owner of my house, that was making strange noises right before Christmas. I was worried about my food and called service. My appliance was repaired the same day with a $22 part! You just don't get this kind of service anywhere.

I highly recommend them. I have bought living room furniture, my basement furniture, a woodstove and a Big Green Egg. They have always been great to work with and always make sure I'm happy.

Brannock & Hiatt Furniture has helped furnish two homes for us and has been a furniture staple in my family since I can remember! The quality and great prices are reasonable! Tommy, Shep, Diane and the other employee s are wonderful! A few years ago Shep was locking up on a Saturday and took us back in for a heating element for my stove! What great customer service! My guest, dinner and I appreciate that!

Stores a joke. Spent 1000 bucks on couch and love seat, both of their arms needed repair, they came and got the couch, brought it back, and said they will call when they come get the love seat, that was a year ago, never called, nothing. Won't buy anything from them, and sure won't give them a good review to other people.
