I lived in this property (Addicks Stone Village) and moved out. When I moved they said I damaged the garage from the moving truck and owed a balance of $1057.18. This was based on the fact that I gave a $1500 when I actually gave a $3,000 deposit. In all actuality they owe me $442.82. I sent numerous emails and calls to the management office (no response) as well as called and emailed the main headquarters Orion properties with no response. They reported this on my credit with a shady company Pro Collect and I am fighting to have it removed. This has been ongoing since 2016. I beliebe the office manager was stealing or shady business. I advised them to send my oroginal lease to no avail. I about to file an additional complaint or attempt to take this to court. Stay away!!!!
