1.This place is deeply political.
2. A lot of incompetent supervisors and managers run riot here.
3.Innocent trainees will always be victims of personal agendas of few butt licking yesmen and women.
4. Display of poor English language skills is rampant.
5.Arrogance and ignorance of yesmen and yeswomen are rewarded by management whilst display of humility and honesty by trainees crushed and punished by the gatekeepers.
6. Only good thing going for this firm is, Nothing. Everybody is either ignorant or arrogant or both.

Thease people are routine and don't understand business operations. They only focus on ifrs compliance. Dont give internal audit assignments to ey or any audit firm since they are bad at it.specially thease ey guys can't handle operational audits.

One of the top 4 audit firms in the world, and the Sri Lankan head office is located here. Parking is located separately from the office or vehicles can be parked on the Norris Canal Road. A reception/waiting area is available through the main door which will come in handy.

Love EY no matter whether I hate audit or not.
All the staffs are friendly & understanding except for those some audit managers.

Has a global reputation for auditing and consultancy services. In Sri Lanka they perform financial audit related services as well as ERP Consultacy, IT audit, and information security consultancy.
With regard to the global reputation the company bears a recognition to their services. But as a place for work not the best culture in the industry. Not recommended for IT graduates or related disciplines unless you are truest passionate on IT audit.
Doesn t have an exposure over the chartered accountants division though.
