I am so upset with this property!!! I was told that my apartment would be ready June 19, 2015! I received a call on June 25, 2015 and said the apartment was ready to move in. So I called this morning to see if I can view the apartment before the move-in. I was told THE APARTMENT WASNT READY TO BE VIEWED TO HOUSEKEEPING NEEDING TO COME ON MONDAY! What is the world!? At this point I want my deposit back! It's already starting out rocky and im not even a tenant yet! I had high hopes bc the apartments appear decent. I need the issue to be addressed quickly because my deposit was paid June 2, 2015! At this point I just wanna wash my hands and get my money back so I can look for an apartment that's ready and that i can view prior to my move-in! I hate that I stopped here. This is NOT the way to conduct business! I need a resolve ... The property is in Euless, Tx! Post Oak East is the name of the apartment complex! Future renters beware... STAY AWAY FROM HERE! They DONT KEEP THEIR WORD!
