Sales = Good, Service = Total Joke. Your "appointment" means absolutely nothing. They may or may not get to your vehicle that day even if you have a morning "appointment." I think I've had 1 good experience with them and 10 terrible experiences with the service department. Brand new truck had an issue with blinker not working intermittently. I stopped by 4 times to get them to look at it and each time they told me they wouldn't look at it if I couldn't re-create the issue in front of them. Brand new truck had large grease smudges on the headliner that I noticed when I got home. I returned the next day after purchase to tell them about the blinker and headliner and service department told me I would have to pay for a detail or I could go ask the sales department to pay for it. Sales guys were awesome and personally drove it to the detail shop and returned it to me in 10 mins. with smudges removed and no charge. Service department refused to investigate the blinker issue because it worked for 3 seconds when they turned the truck on. My latest experience was trying to take advantage of my last free oil change that was included with the vehicle purchase. Dropped it off for a 10am "appointment" and by 2:00pm I called to check on the status because I needed it back by 4:00pm. Was guaranteed it would be ready by 3:30. I showed up at 3:45 and they had just pulled the truck into the shop. I again was guaranteed that it was going right on the lift and I would be out of there in 30-40 mins. I watched through the glass door as my truck sat on the lift for 40mins. with no work being done. I went outside and told them I had to leave and the guy said "let me check, I think he's almost done with it." He returned and said "you're next, he's starting on it right now, give us 30 mins." I said "no, I need my keys now I have to leave." Of course they asked me to set up another appointment the next day. Give me a break. Not worth it. The only reason I would ever bring my truck in for service would be for a warranty repair or recall.
