1st, I reserved my 8 a.m. appt. for "wait for vehicle" and have the email confirmation but once at service dept. was told, sorry you are "drop off vehicle" category and there are at least 5 OTHER vehicles ahead of you, it is going to be several hours. So instead of waiting I chose to get the shuttle back to E.R. 12:35 p.m. (4 1/2 hours later for a simple oil change and rotation) I received call my silverado 2500 HD was ready. Got it and the reminder tag on the windshield and it has the wrong mileage 8,xxx and I have 13,700 on it already. I never pay attention to them anyway since I have the Oil Life Monitor for that. The Oil Life Monitor was not reset and I had to reset it myself. I went to look for my McGard wheel lock key, no where to be found in vehicle. Service slip says tires were rotated, so the technician lost the key or never changed the tires.the tires read the same 5# under recommended pressure for front and rear exactly as it was when I brought it in, so that is suspect but I can't prove it one way or the other that rotation actually occurred. Great! I checked the oil just to make sure it was actually changed, it looked new and clean. I had to order a replacement at my expense at $14.99 for a replacement.Need to be able to remove the wheel/tires in case of a flat. Sent a message to your "Contact Us" about it but never got a response. Don't expect a response from this survey either. Don't expect me back to the dealership for anything else but warranty work since the last complimentary "free" Oil & Filter & Rotation service was sub-par.
