Purchased a 2016 High Country Silverado in April 2016 from this dealership. All the high pressure tactics were employed. Such pitches are ridiculous yet expected. Sadly.

We have visited the service department for routine oil changes & replacement runners over the past 15 months . Each work request went along, okay.

This past couple weeks we were alarmed over oil substance leaking from hubcaps. We had to wait 6 days before appointment. We were instructed to bring truck in at 7 am for service promised to be completed by 10am the same day. After numerous calls which went unanswered we were informed at 6PM truck still had not been seen. Service department was alerted to the absolute need the truck has in the daily lives of several disabled children.

On opening day the following morning we had to call four times to reach a real person. We were told the truck would be inspected soon. After 11am we learned the truck still had not been taken into department for inspection. We waited 29 minutes on hold to be told the service department was backlogged from the previous Friday. We told sales agent to pass onto service department we would be at dealership to pick up truck within the hour during a change in our work shifts. We would take truck elsewhere.

Upon arriving truck was queued second in line to inspection stall. Never seen we were billed $97 for three hours labor to look at hubcaps. Further lies were printed in invoice which claimed truck was driven to evaluate issues. However the mileage when delivered for service was exactly the same at pick up.

The service rep we were assigned to we were told quit in the 25 hour period she was overseeing our repairs. Anne never indicated she was preparing to leave her position.

We have demanded our $97 funds back. We have put Alaska Sales and Service on notice should anything happen to truck or passengers with their clean bill of health on truck they are liable.

We gave them tens of thousands of dollars in a cashiers check in April 2016. We were return customers. This is how they treat us, good luck to everyone else. Stay far away. You've been warned. Alaska Sales and Service are liars & cheaters.
