Terrible customer service. Called to ask about a special coverage adjustment (sca) that I found for my car and the service guy insisted it wasn t for my car and that I should bring my car in to get diagnosed for $140. I gave him the sca number and he pretty much yelled at me saying it wasn t for my car. Good way to turn customers away.
