I have been a customer at Woody Anderson Ford since 1988, Have purchased 14 vehicles here. I keep coming back.
Great service department. They always take care of my needs in a very efficient manner. The new service area is comfortable. With the addition of the restaurant, Henry's, you can even have lunch. A very pleasant experience.
I highly recommend Woody Anderson Ford. I have done business with WAF for over 30 years and have never experienced an issue which wasn't resolved to my satisfaction. I have encouraged many friends through the years to consider doing business with WAF and have always received positive feedback from those whom acted upon my recommendation. As an over 50 Huntsville native, I have been in many conversations with family and friends concerning business dealings with area auto dealers/servicers and therefore aware of the profound difference between WAF and it's competitors.
Instead of mentioning some of my favorite employees, I will instead share with you that consistently through the years the Anderson family has properly trained and prepared their employees for taking care of my interests, supplied them with the resources they need to get the job done right and provided them a pleasant/positive environment in which to work.
My wife and I own and drive a 2017 Ford Focus, 2010 Ford Taurus and 2002 Ford Excursion all purchased and serviced at WAF. If ever we require another vehicle, you can bet that it will be a Ford product purchased from WAF. You simply can't go wrong when a quality product is sold and serviced by a quality team of knowledgeable, professional, caring individuals.
My car was badly damaged in the front and driver side. I took my car to Woody Anderson. There I met Mr. Charles Cushen, body shop estimator. Mr. Cushen talked with me and explained everything to me. He worked with me in getting the car fixed. What made the experience even better is that he called me to give me an update on the car as it was being fixed. The car looked brand new when it was done. Mr. Cushen treated me with respect and care. Thank you, Mr. Cushen and Thank you Woody Anderson!
We had a great experience at a Woody Anderson Ford. Candace Ledford was very professional, and she did an awesome job helping us find the right vehicle for us!
Nice people. Kept my car for a day longer than expected and didn't offer a loaner car. Had to do a lot of rearranging with my kids and work schedule, which was frustrating.
I had a wonderful experience at the dealership getting my vehicle serviced after a wreck. My service advisor was Stacey Adams. I highly recommend her if you need service along with the dealership.
I just came to get an oil change and an air filter and I literally have enough time in my car to get down the road and all these symbols started going off on my dash and its like my car was slamming on the breaks for me. Now I'm stranded on the side of the road and my car won't turn on. Thank you. Really.
Edit to response: the contact with the manager was not to help me find a solution. His tone was to be rude when I was upset because of something your company did. I would have always brought my vehicle here if it weren't for the response of your managers. Offering to charge me more money after your team messed up? That's atrocious, pal.
Woody Anderson Ford Service is top notch. First time in my life where a repair shop respected my opinion. The entire experience was centered around customer care and affordable problem solving. I typically loath taking my car in for repairs because I don't care for being "handled" , processed or treated like I'm an idiot with no idea of what is going on with my car.
My experiences with this shop have all been positive, with issues taken care of, in a fair and timely manner.
Go see them. Put them to the test. You'll be happily surprised.
Everyone was very nice. The service dept is excellent.
Love it. I wish all dealerships were like this one. Very cozy . All employees are happy and go the extra mile on their service.
Excellent service starting from the sales department and my most recent visit to the service department. By far the best dealership that I have ever purchased from! Keep up the good work. A special thanks to Don and James for making the buying process so smooth!
Best experience buying an automobile ever! I was treated like a person and not a potential dollar sign. They even fed my wife and I lunch ! Overall great experience!
I recently bought a 2016 Ford Focus ST from woody Anderson. The test drive went well everything was fine. Took it home the next day went on a run and the check engine light came on. I live in high elevation and you have to climb a mountain to get where I live. The car started to sputter really bad when I gave it throttle. I took it to my local ford dealer and they ran test on it. The car had two bad coil packs from day one. If you purchase from this dealership make sure you test the engine give it some throttle don't be scared. Luckily my car is under warranty and was covered. On the bright side my salesman put all of his power to get me in this car I am very satisfied with the help he provided.
They were very courteous and helpful, they even offered to wash the car.
Quick service, friendly, got my mustang back just in time for exams.
I was frustrated with the Service Department. The number of days my vehicle was in the shop and the lack of communication were my concerns.
I communicated my apprehensions to the Woody Anderson Team. The Woody Anderson Team's response was to be more attentive to my concerns. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to address the issues.
Additionally, I want to thank Phillip, RJ and Bobby for being patient and understanding. They turned what could have been a very negative experience into a positive relationship.
Thank you,
JRT
I have taken my F-150 to Woody Anderson for service ever sense I bought my truck 2 years ago. They are always very friendly and I never have to wait a long time for service.
Love Woody Anderson Ford. They always take care of me quick and painlessly, whether purchasing a car or just servicing.
James Cooper is a very hard, knowledgable worker!! He is the best in the biz!!
Love the way Corey Minter takes care of my repair needs. He follows up with status reports and makes sure that I am fully informed of all repairs or maintenance needed. All of the staff are very courteous.
Have taken 2 cars for oil changes/service in the last few weeks and they were awesome. No hassles, no BS. In and out in a timely matter. Will definitely be coming back.
Do not take a car here
They had it 3 days assured me nothing was wrong with it. 3 days later i take it to Russell bros.who told me it needs a new transmission $2900
Very poor sales persons. Called about a vehicle told them what time I would be there even took off work early and when I arrived they told me I was 15 minutes late they sold the vehicle. And I filled out the credit papers on line. Wont be back.
Would not buy a car or get my car serviced anywhere else!!
Service staff courteous and helpful, ordered a warranty repair part and had it in a few days, got my Expedition in and out quickly. Great work.
Just recently purchased a used car from Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville, AL. My daughter test drove the car with Drew on Friday and came home after saying how nice he was. We went back Saturday morning and Drew was busy and Guy F. helped us out. Both gentlemen were extremely personable and took time when they had it to just talk to us. The price of the car was very fair and I can honestly say that I have never seen a 10 year old used car in such immaculate condition. The high standards of the used cars Woody Anderson sells is unmatched in my experience. Thank you for the great experience!
I came in to get my car serviced and Stacey was so friendly and helpful.
They refused to honor a waranty and acted in a very unprofessional manner. Worse customer service I've had the displeasure to deal with.
Outstanding customer service each and every time I get my truck serviced!
My salesperson was courteous and very knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted. We test drove and I said yes. We did the credit financing etc. That was a little longer than we expected but they did their best getting us out of there for an appointment we had elsewhere. They were to go clean the vehicle up while we waited. The problem is I didn't notice till I got home there was cigarette ashes on my dashboard and in the passenger seat. Also a slight burn mark on inside of passenger door. This was not there when I test drove it. Also, When I went to pair my phone Jeff's phone was paired. Who is Jeff? Also I signed with 19 miles on the odometer. Didn't think to question it. I should have paid attention to that but there was 259 miles on it not 19. Waiting on call back now.
We love our two Ford SUV s from Woody Anderson! Candace helped us find our Expedition and our experience was better than I could have imagined! We told her what we were looking for and she delivered results in hours and only days later we drove away in our dream vehicle! Thanks Candace and Woody Anderson!
Woody Anderson Ford Service Department provided the worst experience in dealing with my vehicle. Twice they have failed to correct an issue on my F150 because they couldn't get to. On their second failure to correct the problem I went in to talk to the service manager. He was unsympathetic to my needs to correct the issue with my vehicle. Woody Anderson Ford Service Department is without the most unprofessional and completely understaffed service department I have ever worked with. The only thing they care about is loading up an unmanageable work load schedule and charging the customers for mediocre service. DO NOT USE Woody Anderson Ford Service Department if you want your vehicle to operate properly.
Very easy to work with. Sales personnel treated me as if we had been friends a long time. I will definitely go back.
Having just bought my first Ford in a long time, I was impressed with both the buying process and my first routine service.
Service department tried to charge me $250+ to unplug and unscrew a sensor which would take about 15 minutes to perform (nothing had to be removed and easy to get to). After complaining I was changed $130+. Less than a month the engine light came back on and computer showed it was the same sensor. When I looked at the sensor I could see that it was first plugged in and then screwed in causing the wires to twist and short. While the service department had my Escape I received a call telling me that they were wrong and that it was upper & lower intake gaskets causing light to come on (mileage only 100,400). They left the replaced sensor in and returned my $130+. A week later the engine light came back on so I tested the sensor myself and it showed it had a short. I replace the sensor and the light hasn't come back on which tells me my intake gaskets are fine. I have purchased two vehicles from this place but I will never return and because of the way I was treated I will not purchase another Ford. Woody Anderson Ford proved themselves not trustworthy.
I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Focus SE from Woody Anderson Ford. I didn't intend on buying one that day, I was just looking to see what was out there. Adrian showed me several cars that I was interested in and within my budget. When I saw the silver Focus I fell in love. Adrian was never pushy, try to coax me into something I didn't want. He made sure I was 110% happy with the car I chose. Aaron in finance was great too. He made sure I was within budget. I have always bought my cars from Woody Anderson Ford and will continue to do so. Adrian was super nice to work with and very courteous!!!
I test drove the GT 350 recently and fell in love! Not to mention the service was GREAT!! I am seriously considering purchasing this vehicle. They were very helpful and friendly. Great staff. A special thanks to Alan!
I bought a certified pre-owned 2015 F150 from Tony Turner at WAF. Long story short, I had issues with it and desided I didn't want to keep it. They made me a fair deal to trade it back in on a new 2017 F150 that they had let me use while the 2015 was in for repairs! I appreciate salesman Tony Turner's efforts throughout the whole deal! He was great to work with!
One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. The showroom is amazing and the sales people and finance gurus were the best.
I grew up in Huntsville and Woody Anderson Ford has been a household name around here as long as I can remember. My High School Drivers Ed car was from Woody Anderson. When it came time to look for a new vehicle I thought Woody Anderson would be a good place to start. I was driving a pick-up truck that had 279,000 miles on it and it was time for an upgrade. I needed something dependable and with the economy what it is today, I didn't want to be strapped with a large payment for a long period of time. I was introduced to George Kostakis and I pretty much told him what I liked & didn t like and in no time we came to terms over the vehicle I'm driving today. George even helped me get an interest rate lower than my Credit Union was offering. Thanks George and all the folks at Woody Anderson Ford.
I recently had my 2014 Ford Explorer serviced at Quick Lane on Jordan Lane. I was in and out in less than an hour. Since the service was both oil change and tire rotation. I've had serviced my Ford Explorer there for over 2 years. Every time they exceed my expectations.
Best car buying experience I have had. Purchased an Escape through their Digital Retailing site and the process could not have been any easier. Their Team helped me submit trade info/photos and everything was ready for a thorough, 30 minute delivery when I arrived. I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend Don and his Team for any automotive transaction or service!!
This service department was beyond fantastic! I was in and out quickly for a minor repair. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. On top of all that, they refused to charge me anything:) Highly recommend...and I'll be back!
Go see Mary for your next car rental!! She has great customer service and is second to none!
Pat Carroll's team has done a great job for us. The sales people have done pretty well for us also. Keep in mind that if you are not comfortable with the service person or the sales person then simply ask to speak to someone else. Mrs. Anderson's management team is there to help you have a pleasant visit to their store. So far WA is pretty good to us and we always come back. If I do have an issue they will jump on it and get things worked out. I would only give my 2015 f-250 about four stars. Since 1976 I have only owned Ford truck and while my current truck runs well, pulls well, and has a great payload but the engineer who designed in all the warnings, buzzers, and cautions must have thought that truck owners were idiots and the only good thing about the back up alarm system is the camera. I don't plan on using the restaurant.
I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A BIG SHOUT TO JAMES MORRIS (BAE BAE) U R THE BEST. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.. U ROCK. IF U WANT A GREAT SALESMAN JAMES MORRIS (BAE BAE) IS THE MAN FOR U..
My first visit to Woody Anderson was exceptional. Walked in to look at a new Escape on a Mon afternoon and the next day they delivered it to my residence. Brian Williams my sales consultant and his manager Mr. Wood, were outstanding at making the process simple. I feel I have made a great decision and look forward to a long term relationship. I highly recommend a visit to Woody Anderson if you are looking for a vehicle and want a positive experience. Financing was easy and good options on warranties. BTW, this was during a pandemic.
Went to service center they were very nice and knowledgeable and let me know they would let me know ASAP
Buying our new Expedition from Woody Anderson Ford was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Candace Ledford worked tirelessly to find our perfect vehicle with every detail taken into consideration. She also made sure we got the best deal possible. We couldn t be happier! Thanks Candace!
Outstanding customer service! Jaylynn, my service advisor, took excellent care of my Ford Escape. I went in for an oil change (the Works!) and also needed wipers. Jaylynn checked 27 points on my car; reviewed everything with me; and advised me of any upcoming maintenance. He was extremely polite and professional. Bill was less than $53 for everything. Customer service within the dealership was also excellent -- a clean, well-equipped coffee bar and bottled water are complimentary. Several large screen televisions and many USB stations to plug-in and even a fire place to sit near if you like. The owner was also on premises today and stopped to speak with each customer that came through. Several people asked me if I needed anything. When my car was ready, Jaylynn had it washed and the interior had been detailed as well -- beautifully vacuumed and cleaned!!! Incredible -- full oil change, fluids topped off, filters changed, inspected the vehicle, new windshield wipers installed, car detailed inside and out, excellent service, extremely comfortable waiting time -- $52.38! By the way, they now have mobile service -- have your oil changed in your own driveway if you like!
Clean dealership, staff is polite, great for maintenance. It took over a year to fix airbag recall but it is now finally done.
Woody Anderson Ford, is the BEST around. Ben Wander at WA is a shoppers dream!!!
We drove 2 hrs one way to look and actually buy a 2017 Edge-Titatium. The deal was easy and we received EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR!!!!
Ben even drove 1/2 way to us to deliver the Edge.
If your in the market for a vechile you have to go see this dealership!!! You won't regret it
Thank you WA and Ben for a WONDERFUL vechile and experience
I bought a pre-owned vehicle from them. It was a pain free experience. Highly recommended. Lamont Stevenson did a really great job communicating with me throughout the whole process.
I have dealt with this dealership before and have always had a wonderful experience with them. I went in a couple weeks ago to test drive the new Ford Fusion. Richard Bean was the salesman. He was thorough in pointing out all of the bells and whistles this car came with. He was very knowledgeable about Ford's product and service. I will definitely be giving Richard a call when I am in the market for another new car, and I get one about every 3 years. I now drive a 2011 Mazda Miata.
Everyone working in their service department is super rude. I went to pick up my car that had been in for servicing and I had my toddler and everything that a toddler brings with them, diaper bag, water bottle, a toy, so my hands are full.. I had to basically chase someone down to ask for my car. Everyone I made eye contact with literally turned and started walking away. Where is the swarm of people like when I was looking to buy a car? Finally catch up to someone when "my service advisor" magically appears next to him at the filing cabinet. He brings me my paperwork and keys and he says "here's your keys, your car is parked out front". What? I've never in my life heard of a service department telling you to go find your own car, but I'm thinking that's fine since it's just right out front. So I go in and pay in the cashier's office, when I go to leave another man who works there is in there too as I am struggling to pick up my daughter and get out the door with no hands he doesn't offer to open the door or even move from next to it. I get outside to look for my car that is "right out front" in this 90 degree weather lugging around my child and everything else and my car is completely behind the building like 3 rows back! I was walking back and forth across the front parking lot for I don't even know for how long, back in forth in front of the service center where there's a whole collection of people who work there standing around without not one other customer inside. If I couldn't set the alarm off from the remote (which I couldn't until I was around the side of the building) I would never have found it.
I'm not a person who feels entitled to people doing anything for me (hence why I didn't go just demand someone find my car), but I do feel like I should be treated respectfully as a paying customer. Do they make everyone wander around the parking lot searching for their vehicles while they have an entire staff hanging around talking to each other inside? A service department that doesn't care much about customer service. Or am I getting the special treatment for being swindled into the maintenance plan that doesn't cover anything that isn't under very specific limitations? I'm certainly never offered the rental car that I'm entitled to in my contract and they always want to do the bear minimum so they don't have to cover any costs, even though I am paying monthly for the maintenance plan and extended warranty.
I'm now in the market, never for a Ford again, if anyone has any recommendations on a respectful dealership with an equally respectful service department. Somewhere that treats you like a human being where they're happy you're paying them huge sums of money and not treat you like you are just an inconvenience to interrupt their Friday afternoon banter. This also wasn't our first negative experience with them, (including charging our insurance for things not done and poor body work after an accident) but being treated disrespectfully as a person is definitely the straw that broke the camel's back.
This is my second purchase at Woody Anderson Ford. Both have been extremely positive. I was able to find just the truck that I was looking for and the sales and service after the sale have been great.
Car buying experience went very well.
We traded in 2 vehicles and got a fair trade in.
LaMont was our Salesman, very nice, funny and communicated well.
Overall great experience.
Awesome selection, helpful knowledgeable sales staff that's always willing to go above and beyond. Just a great place to purchase a vehicle!
They were really helpful. I was interested in a truck, called ahead and the salesman was waiting and actually knew his stuff!
Obviously reviews mean a lot to Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville. With some confusion over a recall letter I received, and me being told one thing and then another, I gave them a low review.
Less than an hour after I made the review, I got a phone call from the General Manager. He was highly concerned, apologetic, and wanted to know what they could do to resolve the issue. He went above and beyond what I expected to get this issue resolved. I told him that I did not want special privileges. He felt like them going the extra mile would be fair to compensate me for the problem. He and I got it all set up and ready to go. Less than three hours later the Service Manager called me as well. He was unaware the General Manager had called me earlier. He wanted me to know that all Ford customers are important, but when it is a vehicle purchased at Woody Anderson, it is of highest importance to them. I think this speak volumes for what Mr. Woody Anderson established and built from the ground up. I proudly change my one start to a five star rating. Exactly what happened is what I always thought Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville, AL stood for! In the end they did not prove me wrong! Today, 12/6/19, the issue was addressed and my recall was taken care of.
RJ, at Woody Anderson Ford, is one of the most knowledgeable service advisors I have met. He is very proffessional and real pleasure to work with.
5 Stars from me for Woody Anderson Ford- From my sales guy to my maintenance man- they have rolled out the red carpet, been prompt and reliable. Even the folks at Henry's were exceptional!
Woody Anderson Ford consistently delivers a 5-Star experience. From service to sales, they never disappoint. Eric and the guys in the Quick Lane always do their best to get us in and out in a timely manner. If you need a sales consultant, be sure you ask for Candace! She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy when they leave the dealership.
The sales team is excellent. The service department, however, is terrible. They almost conned me into paying $95 to diagnose a code that another dealership looked at and fixed free of charge because it was a recall. I have had nothing but issues with my vehicle (don t buy a Ford Focus!) and the service department has been nothing but trouble from the start. I suggest going elsewhere for service.
I brought my F150 here for a repair. It was grinding in the front end and whining in the rear end. I agreed to the service advisors 2 to 3 week wait before my truck could be looked at by the tech. It was 5 weeks before I received a phone call with the information about what was wrong with my truck. I was told the tech had 2 deaths in the family, so I accepted that it was later than I agreed to. I agreed to the price and work that needed to be done. I was told the work would be a 12 hour job. From this point on I was told the truck would be ready on multiple occasions and then I would never here back from my service advisor. 2 weeks and 5 days later I had to go to the service department because my calls were being ignored or I was being put on hold and hung up on, just to get an invoice that they were supposed to fax for me. When they brought the truck out to me later that day, it had the wrong set of tires on it . I specifically asked if they would replace the exact set I had and they agreed. I was told I would be compensated for that 1 mistake, still waiting on the compensation to come in the mail. The service advisor I had did not treat me well in any shape, form or fashion. He couldn't answer any of my questions. He even admitted that he had given me the run around about my truck for the past 8 weeks. I can say most of the problems I had were rooted at the service advisor assigned to me. The general manager contacted me after seeing this review and made an effort to resolve my situation. He was helpful and nice. I declined any resolution as I feel the problem should have been resolved earlier in the job , and that my review of my experience is accurate and truthful.
My experience was more difficult than a civilian adapting to a military atmosphere in a war zone such as Iraq or Afghanistan which I did. I followed every letter to the "T" over the phone to ensure my purchase was quick and clean, 5 to 6 hours later I finally left with a 3 hour drive ahead of me in rush hour traffic. To this day...1/5/2018...purchase date was 10/27/2107 I've been told I bought a new truck, demo, used, warranty, purchased warranty etc. And even told That the salesman was fired over the price of what Carguru said and the misinformed internet manager Mr. Langford said after he had to look up the information on the Carguru/Woody Anderson website.
Incorrect Intel will destroy.
NUMBERS NEVER LIE. PEOPLE DO. Hopefully no one ever experiences this bc I did encounter one sales person who does have integrity, honesty, morality and sees past one sale and embraces a future in the sales industry. This person will succeed because of who they are not because of what they say. Hopefully you find yourself in her hands.
We had a great experience with Robert Carlson at Woody Anderson. Several things I want to mention. He was very courteous and not pushy at all. He didn't mind doing a lot of legwork and research for us to show us different used cars on the lot. Another thing was, when we decided to lower our price point quite a bit he still treated us with the same respect and service.
We ultimately got a 2014 Equinox from the Madison branch and he met us out there to get it ready for us. Loving the vehicle and defintely recommend Woody Anderson. Ask for Robert Carlson!
Oh I should also mention when we met the manager he was also great and not pushy, I just don't remember his name.
Repaired Mustang transmission leak under warranty. I was very happy about that. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Great customer service at the oil change. Loved the cookies.
Quick Lane service is outstanding...
My F-150 is a good truck, not great - already had
some issues that I shouldn't have had...
Don't appreciate having issues deemed low priority
by dealership, subsequently causing me to have to
leave vehicle for a full business day. If I have an
appointment, my vehicle should be serviced at
appointment time...
Woody Anderson Ford Quick Lane Service is always quick, courteous and efficient. We are always pleased with the service provided. Highly recommend!
Stacey in services is awesome. She is very attentive to the customers and she is a very sweet lady. If you have any questions or concerns she makes sure that she is there to help with them or any needs you have. You rock Stacey and keep up the great work. You are a employee that I definitely would do business with now and in the future.
The staff was super nice..it took awhile to get my copy of title to get my tag.The finance lady said she does not give it to you until the funding has gone through.Purchased Feb. 27 and as of March 17 .still waiting for it in mail. But other then that I love my car and Adam the manager at the Woody Anderson on Hughes Road. Madison was super nice.
Not a bad experience. I expected a lot worse and found that other Ford dealerships in the area had pushier salesman.
Way to pricey but from what I hear Ford's are good long term vehicles

Dealership has a friendly feel at home atmosphere. Sales staff and managers are very courteous and polite while eliminating any feeling of being pushy or over zealous to make a sale. This made for a pleasant transaction. Sales Staff member Robert Hughes went above and beyond to get me the particular equipped Edge that I wanted. Additionally, I have puirchased several vehicles from this dealership over many years and they have all been positive experiences.
